Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Qingyuan

The staff were mazing right from the porters, the front desk young man Casper, received us and enlightened us on how to get about, one of the managers Fancy Su ensured we started off nicely. The environment was full of where to go which we couldn’t complete and have to return to continue. Thanks to all of you who made our stay comfortable.

We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The view is very beautiful to look at, especially at night where the lights shine. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym which is really good when you want to have a workout. The service here is great and the people here at this hotel is very nice. Come here if you get a chance, too.

Especially during the Chinese New Year when the weather was colder, the heating in the room worked well and I felt very warm when I slept at night without having to worry about catching a cold. 2. **Free Ferris Wheel Ticket** The Ferris wheel ticket given by the hotel is a highlight! Although theoretically served until 8:00pm, we found that the food had stopped being restocked around 7:30pm and the choices were very limited. This aspect of service clearly needs improvement. **Summarize:** Qingyuan Jinsha Lakeside Hotel is generally good value for money, especially the space and heating equipment in the room make people feel comfortable, and the Ferris wheel ticket is also a thoughtful arrangement. If the hotel can improve on these details, I believe it will bring a better experience to travelers. For travelers on a budget, this is still a good choice.

The overall environment is very clean and comfortable. The river view room has beautiful scenery. The staff is polite and has a good service attitude. The food quality of the Chinese restaurant on the second floor is very high. I will come again next time.
