Hotels in Taidong Pedestrian Street/Beer Museum, Qingdao

easy to reach by subway from airport at taidong station. fast frdly front desk. allowed early checkin when i arrived at 10am. near taidong pedestrian street, many old school restaurant..especially liked shou la shou. for coffee lovers, there is starbucks,mccafe n luckin within 5 mins walk.

I had to urgently book a hotel, and this hotel was close to where i was. The service staff was kind and quick and very helpful. The facilities were old style but i did not have problems because the room was quiet and clean. Also, it was snowing so bad but the room and blankets were very warm. It was very easy to come because it had close to bus station and long distance bus station too. The breakfast was good enough for me. If i plan to travel again, I will come again.

It was a beautiful and spacious hotel, almost exactly like the picture. It seems like a great place to stay for a group of people. It's close to the beer museum and subway station. I'd like to come back later, but there are some things that need to be fixed. 1. It was somewhat hard to find the hotel at night because it was marked as being on Building 4(4号楼) on the Gaode map高德地图. 2. When paying the ￥200 deposit, they don't accept credit cards, so prepare enough WeChat or Alipay balance. 3. There's no USB port(or I couldn't find one), so it was difficult to charge . Foreigners from certain countries should prepare a multi-adapter.

Free parking lot, the front desk staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The robot delivery is very convenient. Very satisfied.

The hotel lobby is grand, the environment is very good, very quiet, clean and sanitary. Two cups of coffee were given. The service was thoughtful. Behind it is Zhanshan Temple. We liked the area near the Qingdao Museum on our itinerary, so we trusted the interpreter even though there was no blog and we didn't speak Chinese. Guest room for 2 people The counter only spoke Chinese, but the staff explained everything through the interpreter. We didn't eat breakfast. It's a 24-hour desk, but you have to let us know in advance if you arrive early in the morning. I don't know if it would work because the weather was good at the end of April, but They said the heater and air conditioner were centrally controlled. The room (guest room) is at the level of a business hotel. No need for a multi-adapter, only 5-6 outlets that I can remember. Taxi fare to both the new city center and Zhongshan Road was 11 yuan. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and sanitary. I was satisfied. The bed was a queen, but it was wider than I thought. No bidet. If you stay for multiple nights, they will fill up towels, slippers, and toilet paper for you. The water flow is not strong. The refrigerator is small. I stayed on the 5th floor, but it didn't smell like cigarettes. The guest room was sitting-type, but when I left, I saw that the room next door was standing-type. If it's uncomfortable, go up a level. Museum Street Restaurant (Haehap Lee Bom) If there are customers, they will stay until they finish eating. This is my personal experience.

This hotel is the best for travellers who want to see a slice of daily life in Qingdao. Located in the residential Shanghe Road, it is a hole in the wall, buried among the older neighbourhood of 1960s to 1980s buildings. But enter the hotel and you will find yourself in a Bohemian styled Sequoia restaurant, which serves good steak, good coffee and of course, good beer. The owner, Mr Sam Li, was a very friendly owner, who helped us around. There was a sweet lady receptionist who also helped us with getting our first DiDi ride hailing. The interior of the hotel was wood paneled, and the beds were really comfortable. There is a backyard where you can drink tea. The hotel is located about 200m away from Taishan Road subway station, the terminal for Line2 of the Qingdao metro. For a seafood market experience, ask for Baodao Seafood market, which is just around the corner. Go on Sundays for the best variety of seafood.
