店家非常耐心，國慶期間遊客扎堆，導致排隊和店裡出餐較慢。 店家老闆很耐心溝通。非常好的一家店。其實民宿不能用酒店標準去衡量，所以不要對服務和居住保準報很高的期望。 總體服務很好，店裡大姐和老闆態度都很好。 家人開玩笑説這個價位 房間沒電視，而且洗手間沒有門，衹簡單掛了簾子， 天冷洗澡會冷。 風景和位置都很好。畢竟島上資源和交通受限 不可能面面俱到。總體還不錯。

就這老闆態度，欠你八輩子錢哦，住了多少民宿，最差的態度，最冷漠的服務，屋子裡的衞生一進門就兩衹死蒼蠅在枕頭邊。給爺笑yue了🚾早餐屋子裡就一盆稀飯，一盆炸饅頭片，啥罩的東西也沒有，蒼蠅嗡嗡飛看不見嘍。衹想賺錢的話沒有必要開民宿哈，八百個心眼。

體驗很不好，感覺老闆從頭騙到尾，剛到酒店老闆極力推薦坐觀光車，這個老闆能拿提成也就不多説了，但是為了想讓我們都坐車開始騙了，給我們説衹有你倆不坐車，然後過了一會吃完午飯，發現同一批到的十幾個客人，衹有兩個人坐它推薦的觀光車。到了晚上在房間先後發現了一衹小半個手掌那麼大的蜘蛛在牆上爬，人都要嚇沒了，沒見過這麼大蜘蛛，聯繫老闆倒是老闆給處理了，洗漱好發現又來兩衹大蜘蛛正沿着枕頭爬，實在是不敢睡了要求老闆換房，老闆説不好意思滿房了（其實並沒有滿房！），後來她進屋之後看到蜘蛛了覺得可能真的有點多，又改口風説太巧了剛好有個客人剛走空出一間房，給我們安排過去（這時候晚上近十一點了，不知道她口中剛退房的顧客去哪裡了）。説靈山島原生態，房間有蜘蛛很正常，又説之前從沒客人説有蜘蛛，就我們反應有（我們就這麼倒黴？一晚上碰見三衹大蜘蛛？真這麼巧嗎？未免太過於欲蓋彌彰），結果到了第二個房間又發現兩衹蜘蛛。為了彌補晚上説有免費早餐，第二天早上這事就不提了，裝不知道。他家的飯菜挺貴的，一衹炒雞498，而且前邊環境不太好，一大堆荒草，確實是海景房，但是窗户衹有兩個人的寬度，整個體驗就是感覺這個老闆很不真誠，一直在糊弄你騙你。
