I think the only issue with the room is the soundproofing. The rest is fine to be honest. Location wise is not too bad but there’s no public transportation around, therefore you need to walk to the hotel or take a taxi/cab. Good service and nice staff.

1、旁邊有裝修會產生噪音，沒有在攜程上寫，提前半個月預訂的，當天才打電話問能不能接受，能接受的話給我留房，真是搞笑，我提前半個月定了，原來一直沒給留房嗎？
2、晚上11點多到的，又説了一遍早晨8-17會有裝修噪音，問我能不能接受，我都到了，還這麼問，也是蠻無語的，問的好像我不接受，那你們能讓他不裝修了一樣，還是不想讓我們入住。而且下午都有打電話問過，辦入住還問，工作沒有交接的嗎？
3、房間床是1.5m的，之前大部分都是住華住的，全都是1.8或者2m的，這個床確實是太小了。
4、早餐還可以，服務很好，就是菜品熱菜就倆菜，一個油菜、一個蘿蔔蝦（全是蘿蔔絲，都沒有蝦了）。
跟朋友推薦這家，取消了華住會的酒店，真的是體驗感太差了，以後不會再住了。

每一個月來一次，連續三個月入住，首先是位置，位於山東路，距離五四廣場衹有15分鐘路程，出門地鐵口很近，去哪裡都很方便。前台服務人員超級nice，冬天會有熱礦泉水，出入都有人問是否需要，酒店環境還算乾淨，就算五星級也會有衞生死角，環境方面很安靜，最近在施工，但噪音不是特別大。早餐距離一家鍋貼店很近，強烈推薦啊阿啊！臨近萬象城，有一家超級好吃的麪包，在杭州吃過一次念念不忘，推薦！

位置好找，前台服務到位，床特別舒服，衞生打掃的很乾凈，送給我們明信片可以蓋章打卡，早餐很美味種類很齊全，走之前還送給我們熱牛奶，價格也合適，我很喜歡住如家商旅，反正每次出來都住如家
