Ulasan Lanou International Hotel, Hong Kong Middle Road, May Fourth Square, Qingdao

Hotel location, breakfast and service are excellent. We arrived late and was served dessert brought to our room. It was a delightful surprise. The only setback is the toilet in our room which is separate from the bathroom and does not have a hose to wash away the urine stench left over time. Even though the housekeeping staff came to clean up, the stench just couldn't go away. It was a pity!

Hotel is clean and big. Services is very good too. Definitely worth the price paid.

Everything was as expected. The 'gym' is in the laundry room, which is not ideal. But staff are friendly.

Room 507. My feet became black after walking around the room and the refrigerator didn’t work even after plugging it in . There was also nowhere to hang the towel. No in room safe to keep valuables either.

Positive-very comfortable beds and a great shower. Negative- workers causing lots of continual noise in the morning. If I could have slept, then I would have liked the hotel.

酒店大堂很小，很一般，説是有智能家居，但是很不靈敏！張慧服務態度很一般，出行全靠打車，附近壓根沒有地鐵站，最近的也要一公里，下次來青島一定不會選擇蘭歐酒店！房間的電視機都要vip才能看，普通電視型號及也很差。提前訂好的預售單居然不能用！

看介紹這個酒店是大英博物館合作搞的一個特色酒店，衹不過我住的是3樓，衹是普通客房。 屋裡設施有點老舊，不過還算乾淨。位於五四廣場商圈。距離青島北站約20公里，滴滴打車30左右。酒店出門左拐20米就是一條小吃街-閩江路，很多餐館可供選擇。 前台服務熱情。早餐內容很豐富。 唯一不足的就是房間有點下水管道返味，不過還好，不算太嚴重。
