I had a wonderful stay at Lanou Hotel in Qingdao. The room was spotless, stylishly furnished, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is convenient, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Every detail, from the amenities to the room design, felt thoughtful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
A special thank you to Xiao Feng (小冯) at the front desk! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Her warm smile and willingness to help made my stay feel even more personal and pleasant. Xiao Feng went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — she truly represents the best of hospitality.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lanuo and had a delightful experience. The hotel offers a modern and cozy atmosphere, with spacious rooms that feature contemporary decor and all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location is ideal, situated close to key attractions and public transportation. Breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something for every taste. The only minor issue was the noise from nearby traffic, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, Hotel Lanuo is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

This Hotel has the best amenities for a four star hotel. Snacks are provided in the lobby and in the hallway on the executive floor. However, the laundry room service was not a good experience. Period. People leave their laundry in the machine and the front desk will not remove them so that the next guest can use the machines. We have to move to multiple rooms in order to find one that finally doesn’t have much cigarette smells. However, when people smoke in the hotel, the AC system circulates around all the rooms, so he still smell cigarette smells from time to time. Not a good experience at all. The fridge was not working properly. It is warm inside.

The location was a bit inconvenient, but since you usually get around with Didi as a tourist in China — similar to Uber — it was still okay. What really bothered me, though, was that when I booked the room, I had already activated the “Do Not Disturb” sign the night before, because I was sick and didn’t want any room service. Despite this, I was woken up at 12 p.m. by the housekeeping staff. I even shouted for them not to come in, but they still tried to enter with a key card and actually opened the door. Luckily, I had the security latch on, so they couldn’t come in.
