位置比較好很容易找到，就在啤酒街和啤酒博物館的旁邊，自駕來的停車場就在民宿附近非常方便，離地鐵站步行也近。
房子比較老小但收拾的很乾凈，生活用品也準備的比較齊全，房東很好推薦了附近的餐館和海鮮市場，出去吃自己做都行。性價比很高的民宿非常推薦。

非常非常好的入住體驗！！理由如下！！
1.房東姐姐非常温柔細心熱情，一加上聯繫方式就發了詳細的位置+到民宿的交通方案+民宿周邊設施+景點指南，希望可以提前寄存行李，房東姐姐也幫忙聯繫了存行李的地方！
2.房間乾淨整潔，佈置的很温馨，實際比照片更加好看！
3.房間設施用具完善，完美體現了何為“麻雀雖小五臟俱全”，用到的以及可能用到的東西都有！
4.交通滿便利滴，離地鐵站相對比較近，公交車站在樓下非常方便，點外賣也能送到~就是1號線有點擠，但不是民宿的問題！！
總之印象非常之好，如果有機會會再來住！

房間很整潔，也很温馨，老闆非常的細心，所有的生活物品都準備的很充足。
房東很熱情，提前會發一些路線圖，周邊環境的介紹，甚至會發一些旅遊攻略，真的很貼心了。諮詢的問題回覆的也很及時，很詳細！超讚！！！
離啤酒博物館真的很近了，走路不到10分鐘就到了
吃飯的地方周邊也有，離步行街也很近，晚上溜達就能到步行街去吃吃喝喝。
兩個房間的床都很大！玩一天回來躺下很舒服。

房子面積不大，屬於温馨系的，閨蜜，情侶住比較合適
