房間打掃的很敷衍，攜程高星客户給的最差的工地景房間，早上7點前就開始有噪音，玻璃也很臟很長時間不擦，入住要排隊很久，早餐管理也很差，有人直接把鼻子伸到豆漿瓶子裏服務員視而不見，有人佔座服務員也不管，給我領到位置回來座位被其他人強佔也拒絕管理，唯一管的就是把最外面核對房間號的地方都攔死，進出要擠在一個通道進出，生怕有人會偷溜進去。

酒店環境很棒，旁邊就是沙灘，感謝前台給升級了可以看到海景的高層房間，房間很大，就是等房花了點時間，好在訂的套餐裏有租帳篷和風箏，可以在沙灘上消磨時光，還送了挖沙工具，一次很開心的體驗，以後來青島還會住

青島凱悦酒店地理位置優越，但整體體驗較為一般。酒店設施明顯老舊，尤其是客房內的傢俱及床品，磨損痕跡較為明顯，舒適度有所欠缺，影響入住體驗。服務方面中規中矩，未能給人留下深刻印象，仍有提升空間。值得一提的是，酒店內的餐廳出品令人驚喜，菜品口味與品質都相當不錯，算是入住期間的一個亮點。總體而言，適合更看重餐飲而非住宿新舊與服務的客人選擇。

凱悦酒店地理位置優越其他酒店，臨靠海邊🏝️，吃完晚餐後，步行海邊聽海水潺潺流淌，有節奏🎶感的拍打着岸邊，好爽😄
服務：一般前台給人的感覺，一丟不熱情
門口沒有個服務生引導，接拿行李服務都沒，
房間設施很老舊，沒有深圳凱悦服務好，更沒上海凱悦的服務，有待提高服務水平，不開豪車過去，入門就該是顧客是上帝的恩賜那般珍惜的服務
真實感受不如青島美居酒店，同他們比服務差太多，美居的服務超熱情，入住送了水果，退房送伴手禮，凱悦啥也沒，（服務員貌似有點看不起人的感覺）

去青島旅遊，入住了青島山港海悦酒店，體驗感簡直拉滿，必須來給個五星好評！
一進酒店大堂，挑高的設計搭配璀璨的水晶吊燈，豪華感撲面而來，前台辦理入住的工作人員態度親切又高效，還貼心地給我升級了房型。
房間更是沒得説，寬敞明亮，床品軟乎乎的，睡起來超舒服。浴室乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質也不錯。最驚喜的是那扇大落地窗，窗外海景盡收眼底，晚上伴着海浪聲入睡，早上又被温柔的陽光叫醒，這感覺太美妙了。
酒店的餐飲也很出色，早餐種類豐富，中西式美食應有盡有，現做的煎餅和餛飩尤其好吃。餐廳環境優雅，服務人員會及時清理桌面，添加飲品。
酒店位置絕佳，樓下就是石長者沙灘，走幾步就能踩在柔軟的沙灘上，感受大海的魅力。周邊商場、餐廳也很多，步行就能到達，購物、吃飯都很方便。
不管是服務、設施還是地理位置，這家酒店都無可挑剔，下次來青島，我肯定還選這兒！

石長者區域的老牌酒店了 海景酒店 私有沙灘 特別適合親子游 而且靠近嶗山區cbd 打車的話起步價就能到綜合性商場 即使去市區也很方便
酒店Mandy服務好 知道我們到的早 儘可能安排好房間 臨走又延長到2點退房 下次來青島還會住這裏

等了一陣，長者頭暈的厲害，我就去問房間收拾情況。Teresa迅速安排了房間，長者得以躺着好好休息，她還記得叮囑我們房間的權益別忘記，感謝！💗
