The location and the views are great. But the room’s AC didn’t work well. The furniture in the room is a little old, and there wasn’t a good choice of plugs for modern devices. I stayed in the Beijing branch and it was much better than this one.

Hanna helped us out tremendously with our stay at Intercontinental Qingdao! She made sure me and my family were super comfortable and content, and even brought us a bowl of fruit and a souvenir magnet! A++ for the amazing customer service.

Hotel aircon did not work properly. Hotel duty manager informed me it has been repaired when it was not. The disappointing stay. Not recommended at all. There are better places to stay in Qingdao.

Nice trip to Qingdao! Well cleaned and organised room services and the hotel staff are very friendly. They offer free room upgrade. Breakfast is lovely and have many choices. the service manager Betty Yang is kind and polite.
