房間很好看，窗户視野很好，去海底世界，海軍博物館衹要出門右轉下坡道就行，打的可以到門口，雖然是老洋房但設備很新，沒有電梯但工作人員可以幫忙提箱子到二樓，出門右邊長坡道下去可以到海水浴場

優點是地理位置很好，鬧中取靜，距離魯迅公園、琴嶼路都是步行可達。民宿在比較高的位置，定了個海景房，確實可以看到大海。
缺點是，衞生情況不好，枕頭有污漬，紗窗有很多土，衞生間有異味。以及，旁邊最近有施工，早上七點多就會開始有噪聲。整體來説體驗感一般。

周圍環境很清凈，距離景點很近，有院子停車也很方便。有一説一 自帶的洗澡用品還有半瓶多落在房間，1號退房，2號上午打電話問就已經給扔了

從窗户望出去就能看到海軍博物館，出門下台階，過馬路，在永和豆漿吃完早飯，步行幾分鐘就到海軍博物館的一號門，非常方便。窗外的中間有紅五角星的建築就是海軍博物館。
衞生：打掃細節還需提升品質。

酒店在一條單行線的轉角處，且沒有明顯的標誌箭頭，外地自駕繞了兩圈才找到。入住前告知了多一人入住，酒店説有沙發床，不需要加錢，實際入住的時候還是加了錢。酒店一樓大廳有點類似私人餐廳，每天都有人聚會（商家大部分展示的照片就是這個廳）房間跟預期的 差不多，空調效果一般，衣帽架下面有個廢棄的管道排水口，有點異味…酒店位置還可以，但是開車的話絕對算不上方便，半山坡的樓梯，還有環路的單行線，離海博很近，距地鐵口500米，綜合價格來看，還是性價比不高
