As a westerner staying here it was hard to communicate in English and they didn’t seem to want to try. Nevertheless I got by well and they were friendly. The cleanliness could be improved. There’s rust in the bathroom. However it wasn’t bad enough to affect my stay. The bed was so comfy! As I don’t speak mandarin the voice control thing was a bit useless and found the light switch system a bit confusing - especially for the bathroom. I also didn’t like how there wasn’t a door separating the bathroom from the room. The location is far from Qingdao centre but good for going to golden beach and the metro station is just outside! I would stay here again as such great value for money. Thank you!

Hotel was recently renovated with new and clean amenities. Big comfortable bed and spacious room. Room lacked a lot of natural light as the window was very small. Not far from restaurants and scenic spots. Would book again when staying in Huangdao area. Although, I do wish they would provide dressing gowns!

Very nice rooms . Lots of space and modern facilities . Simple and excellent . Friendly staff
If the location is good depends on individual preferences. But the metro station near and small mini marts around so not much else to wish for .

We only needed to stay here one night to go to the hospital the next morning, so this hotel has a great location if that's what you need as well. It's clean and the workers were all really nice and polite. There's a market next door, so you can pick up water, snacks, or whatever else you might need. We were pleased with the room, it was clean and so spacious!

I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite facing a snow storm, the staff at your hotel went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety.
I was disappointed that I could not visit the golden beach due to the weather conditions, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room. I was especially relieved to find no trace of cigarette smell, as I am highly sensitive to it.
Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay and had to be taken to the hospital. I cannot thank your staff enough for their prompt assistance and for staying with me throughout the entire process. As it was my first time in a hospital in mainland China, I was quite anxious, but their care and support made me feel at ease.
Furthermore, I would like to extend my gratitude for notifying me about my forgotten purse and for helping me when I got lost in the metro during the snow storm. Your staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for me.
