第一次給提供的户型因電子鎖沒有電又給換了一棟樓；房間因長期關窗，進門後需要及時通風透氣。整體感覺尚可，就是一般的快捷酒店式，但是沒有服務。

設施：房間是一室一廳帶個小陽台，海洋風還不錯，有個大床和一個飄窗，客廳有沙發，總體感覺性價比很高
衞生：衞生還可以
環境：房間是海景房，可以看見海面和恆大威尼斯全景，晚上挺漂亮
服務：管家挺不錯，全程網上聯繫，入住方便快捷，退房也很方便，有問題可以隨時諮詢管家
最後這邊民宿離碧海銀沙和黃金海灘都挺近，樓下就可以吃東西買東西，棒棒噠👍👍

房間大小還行，兩家入住兩間房還可以，但是房子打掃的一般吧，還能看到前面頭髮和一個假牙泡在那裡，不知道是留給後續房客幹啥用的
有冰箱，有微波爐，廚房也可以用，但是用前需要打個招呼，看一看有沒有使用費用，匪夷所思的是馬桶碰一碰，還會有一些搖晃，問了小管家，説是這裏的房子裝修不太行
民宿的小管家倒是挺盡責的，聯繫都非常及時，這還是要給個好評的
小區非常大，建議還是自駕比較好，出個小區開車沒有5分鐘也搞不定，去海邊碧海金沙還是比較方便的

牆皮有點脱落，
垃圾袋可以備幾衹在房間，
總體來説性價比很高了！離景區很近
