Öncelikle otel çok güzel temizlik,deniz, havuzlar inanılmaz güzel. Denizde ger türlü balığı görüyorsunuz. Cocuklar için sıcak havuzları var. Temizlik konusunda çok fazla iyiler . Restoranlar yeterli bence yiyecek içecek bir şeyler buluyorsunuz. Restauranta çalışan Mohammed Ali , Ahmed Yahia , Ahmed Essam hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Özel olarak her gün bizimle ilgilendiler. Animosyon Ekibi mükemmel cok arkadaş canlısı bir ekip Ayrıca onlarada teşekkür ederim. Tabiki herşey dört dörtlük değil fakat aileniz ile gidebileceğiniz en güzel hotel bence. I cannot express how happy I am with my stay at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The level of effort and dedication put in by the entire team is truly remarkable. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Bassem and Mr. Mohamed Samy for their warm welcome, flexibility, and professionalism. They were always ready to answer my questions and ensured I got my rooms promptly for maximum comfort. Additionally, I’d like to thank Ramadan Ali from room service for his dedication, kindness, and for keeping my room spotless and comfortable every single day. This resort exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. I’m already looking forward to returning very soon

Overall we had an amazing holiday and will certainly consider coming back, if we visit the area again. We went Nov 10-20th. Temp was 26-29 everyday. Sun was up early and started going down/emptying the pools around 4. This hotel had way more positives than negatives but I'll start off with the bad parts, so people can just see the issues, which may put them off. 5 Stars. It's a great hotel overall but people's ideal of 5 star will be different. Don't expect Hilton Shinjuku, Renaissance Bangkok, Shangri-La anywhere.... It's Sharm (no offence) and it's a family hotel. Things are going to be slightly rough around the edges, in places, it's busy, has lots of kids and you aren't paying top dollar, so go into it with realistic expectation. When i originally arrived i didn't think "wow 5 stars", there is random old wooden furniture, some things look a bit dated, but i looked past those really as i wasn't expecting bespoke 5 star fittings in a family hotel. i'd say 4-4.5 is fair. Heated Pool - We went in November 10th-20th. One of the reasons i chose this was previous review of heated pools. Most of the pools were not heated. There were 2 kids pools that were labelled as heated. A bottom one with a large water tower and a top one with a pirate ship. The bottom one was absolutely freezing all holiday and as a result it got 1/20th of the activity as the other. it was way to cold for most people. Luckily the top pool was slightly heated, so that was a nice temperature on 8/10 days. There were 2 days when this pool was too cold for our 3 year old, even i didn't go in as i thought it was cold, especially when you are out the water and the wind got you. But overall 8/10 days with a warm pool. The lack of activity in pool 1 meant every family wanted to use pool 2, so there were shortages of beds around that pool everyday. if both pools where empty, people would spread out more and there would be more availability overall. The bedroom door lock. Not a major issue, but it was the worst electronic lock I've ever experienced at a hotel. it could honestly take 20-30 attempts to open, slow, fast, leave it in, jiggle, it made no sense. very temperamental. The hotel is big. We were in block 3000-3024. This is right near the entrance and has family rooms with 2 bedrooms. It's a long walk to the heated pool or the beach. I didn't mind that much but if you are carrying a lot of things, or have kids who won't walk etc, it's a several minute walk, which some may not like. The good. The hotel overall was clean. The staff did a great job of looking after it. Even the toilets throughout were well monitored. The staff were excellent. Couldn't fault them for effort and attitude and they work long hours. They are there at breakfast and still there cleaning after the last meal, everyday. Ahmed Mahmoud by the pain pool. Mudammed Abdel in Tagine notably treated us well. Just returned from a Christmas break, 22nd - 29th Dec, 7 nights at Pickalbatros Modena in Sharm el Sheikh. There truly is good and bad about this hotel. Firstly good bits, bar / restaurant / room staff all brilliant, very helpful, bring plenty of drinks and can’t do enough to help you (naturally they like a tip to do this also! lol ) . Rooms cleaned daily, swept, bedding and towels refreshed. Decent enough choice of drinks from soft to alcoholic which should suit everyone’s taste, mostly home branded but tasted fine. Loads of sun beds and plenty of room at the hotel. Overall a pleasant holiday which was our purpose to simply relax and take in some winter sunshine (our first visit to Egypt together). Loads of swimming pools (bloody freezing cold water! ) Hotel is 20 years old, some areas are looking outdated - typical of many foreign hotels I guess. Rooms big enough but again broken items, leaking showers etc. My biggest gripe was the food, now the food is nice, very edible and plenty of it. But it states 5 restaurants - this is correct, but all 5 serve the same food virtually every night ! There is the white Elephant which you can book once, which was nice (although same food as others just served to you) but the lack of actual variety per night, was pretty poor for a 5* hotel. They claim an Italian, a German, an Egyptian restaurant etc but they all serve the same food night after night with very little variance. While edible, it did become very boring after breakfast, dinner and tea all being the same. Next the non existent entertainment, yes the hotels looked pretty with all the Christmas lights etc but the entertainment for a resort hotel was non existent! A kids mini disco and that was about it, especially as it was Christmas we did expect at least some effort or improved entertainment. Nothing seemed planned or clearly arranged / communicated. They put on a marque for Xmas Eve, buffet style ( you guessed it, same as in restaurants) and some music but it was so loud you could not hear yourself talking with other people, buffet was not organised at all and with 400/500 people queuing for food, which took 40 mins or so to get through, the food was stone cold by time you got back to your table - badly organised and no structure to it at all. No advertising of this either, we overheard someone talking about it and asked if we could book once it also. To summarise Staff - brilliant Hotel - ageing Rooms - fine Food - very edible but lacks variations in texture r Entertainment - very poor 5* ? Not a chance, 4 at best but more likely 3* compared with other hotels we’ve stayed at which were 4 & 5* Oh and no alternative options, like milk, it’s cows milk and that’s it.

Amazing December break. Everything was perfect. Clean, food was good, always found something we liked to eat, and more. The wine was good with the food. The white elephant restaurant was special, you can book this with the all inclusive offer. Once a visit, Was hoping for dressing gowns in room. Was disappointed none. We will return.
