Don't be tricked by the 4 stars, this hotel definitely is not 4 stars! We bought a package trip, and chose this hotel. When we arrived, we were devastated and disappointed because the hotel was dirty, food tasted artificial, the kitchen staff was numb, and the room that we were first moved was absolutely horrifying (see photos). Please be aware and always read reviews, don't trust the stars.

We stayed in this hotel as a family. I have been to Egypt before, but I have never seen such horrible treatment of guests. This hotel is not 4*, it’s 1* at best, because guests are treated like garbage! Room cleaning: towels that fell on the floor were folded and placed back in the bathroom as if they were clean. Bed linen is not changed, they just make the bed with the same dirty sheets. Bathroom and toilet are not cleaned. Service: I asked for a kettle for my child’s food — they refused. The staff behave as if the hotel belongs to their family. Hotel territory: dirty everywhere, cats and cockroaches running around, dirty windows. In the restaurant, food is left on the floor, tables and cutlery are dirty. Room: almost no lighting, dirty curtains. Food: my child was afraid to eat what they served. This is the worst stay I have ever had in Egypt. After such hotels, you want to forget about this country. You are a shame to your country and to yourselves! Conclusion: I will never come back to this hotel and I strongly recommend others to avoid it. Let everyone know the reality behind this place!

We have been there with the big group of the guests and We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful in all the area, especially Mr Hamdi and his staff helped us to arrange everything and we felt like we are at our home.

super friendly staff! The animation team is the best—full of energy and always making sure everyone has fun. The hotel is quite old and could use some renovations, but the amazing atmosphere makes up for it. Food is good , for the price we paid worth it

Good afternoon. I have been resting now in this hotel with my wife for 11 days, today we are leaving. We arrived on a burning tour from Kyrgyzstan, for 10 nights for $630 for two. In terms of price, quality, a good option, we did not regret it. Since we initially tuned in to a positive vacation and did not look for minuses and tried not to notice, we came for the sake of the beautiful sea in the world. If you want a better hotel then you have to pay more. I want to say thank you and mark 5 + two hotel employees. The name of the reception is Ashraf. A very sensitive and good person and employee. Always help, tell me. He knows his job well, thanks to him if he reads my message. The second Mahmud worker is a cheerful always smiling, kind and positive person. Today we have a departure and hotel rules need to vacate the room at 12:00 and must cut off the bracelet. But yesterday Ashraf told me that we could free the nome at 15:00 and go to lunch. We have a transfer to the airport at 18:25, and so we would have to sit in the lobby for 6 hours before departure

The rooms are very nice, the staff are also very friendly and always available to help. The drinks in the bars are amazing. The food is delicious. It's a great place to relax on vacation. Thanks to Shimo and Nor from the animation team, they were the best. He made our visit truly special.
