Amazing holiday, great atmosphere, very nice service, definitely recommend!!! I love every minute❤️❤️❤️ We were 3 me and two boys aged 15 and 11, they liked it so much and had a great time that they didn't want to come back, great water park, the youngest was busy there and the entertainment was amazing, very well organised, we had a karaoke evening at the Hard Rock Cafe, also fire show on the beach, white party , foam party for kids and lots lots more, food was very good , cleaning service keep our bedroom tidy every day, very helpful and friendly stuff ❤️❤️❤️

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We've previously taken a risk and booked somewhere that looks nice in pictures and been disappointed, this was not the case here. Cleanliness - everywhere on site is immaculate every day. There are so many staff on site that are actively looking for any cleaning / tidying to do, and within seconds of dropping something or spilling something, someone appeared out of nowhere to clear it. The rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard: fresh towels, two litre bottles of water, nice patterns on the beds and funny little set ups done in the kids rooms with their teddies that they loved coming back to. The cleaners of the rooms are always around as they have assigned corridors, and when you come back from the pool they immediately change out your towels for you. Staff - all super friendly. I had two young girls with me, one aged 5 and one aged 9. Both of them are usually wary of strangers but felt comfortable with the staff here who played games with them, talked to them, made them feel comfortable, made them laugh and always went over and above to help. Around the pool the lifeguards are so attentive - if a smaller child goes too deep they usher them backwards into the shallow bit and ask an adult to join them. Last year at another resort we had issues with lifeguards being too strict and not letting people go in with pool toys, sit on the side with drinks etc and this was the total opposite. Facilities - we used the spa a few times - my children both had their hair braided (£30 each) on the second day of the holiday. On our departure day they re did them all for free to top them up for home. Myself and my partner paid £180 for 4 massages - two each over two days. Absolutely fantastic massages and they offered full use of the spa for free to our children whilst we were in there. Works out £45 per massage for an hour which is a lot less than I pay at home. There aren't many toilets on site however the ones they do have are well maintained. The beach is owned by the hotel (a section of it anyway) and the all inclusive bar down there is part of the package. It's literally a two minute walk from the pool, so you don't even have to pack up all your supplies and commit a whole day to it. We just left our things on the sunbed, walked into the sea and then came back an hour later. Food - I enjoyed the food here more than any all inclusive I've ever been on. Each night there was a variety but with some constants which is needed for children or picky eaters. Everything is fresh, the desserts are Michelin star standard and beautiful. We ate mostly at the buffet style restaurant but went to the Italian (free on all inclusive) one night. Options there were limited, but my meal was delicious. During the day, we made use of the Mermaid cafe by the beach / pool - freshly cooked pizzas / shawarma kebabs / pasta etc. Beautiful scenery between the sea and the pool to watch over whilst you eat and eve

We have just arrived home after 2 weeks at coral Sea. This is the fith time here. What can I say but amazing as usual. We had booked a jacuzzi room and this did not disappoint. Room was well maintained and extremely clean and the view was amazing. Room was cleaned daily and the staff do an amazing job. All staff in all departments are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. While here a celebrated my birthday guest relations had balloons sent and the staff member arranged all my cards and did a display, this was so nice. The hotel has exceptional views and is kept immaculate. They have a number of snack bars located within the hotel, had a couple of minor issue's but this was rectified by Ellie guest relations. Ellie is warm and friendly and this is the person to speak to if you have any concerns, Ellie is located in the main reception and will go above and beyond just like the rest of the staff. Ellie will welcome all feed back and will sort it out promptly Main restaurant. This has a wide range of foods and you will always find something to your liking. Staff are amazing and will do anything for you. In all the hotel and grounds are amazing cannot wait to get back.

Had to write a review also on here since I had both them Facebook groups and they have both declined my review and deleted me off their pages so I can’t leave a review just shows the ammount of people they probably do this too hence only good reviews on there. We had an awful time. We arrived on the 5th March in the apparantly new “refurbished” family room with partition (2030) and it was beyond mucky! Stains on light shades, stains up walls, bath was mucky, floors was loppy I wouldn’t even put my 1 year old down to crawl round and old OLD hotdogs under the bed. They did come down and clean straight away though. The staff was very rude they completely disregard women all together and a lot of families was saying the same they had to send there husband to the bar/ reception as they just ignore women all together. The only staff member we found who was happy to help was mustafa he was brilliant. The food is worse than 1* we physically couldn’t eat there we did the first 2 days to see if it would improve and it just didn’t it was the worst iv seen at a all inclusive. TUI also stated they are good with allergies and English in regards to food which they wasn’t there was barely anything dairy free and if we asked they said there was no dairy but clearly was as my little boy was at the doctor at the hotel as he had digested some! The slides in the waterpark we never seen anyone on cause they are dangerous you literally flip out of the rings whilst your on them and the water you go into is freezing. Lazy river you have to have an adult my 7 year old they wouldn’t let on. Lifeguards constantly shouting at all the kids not to jump in pools, it’s what kids do! It’s “ waterworld” yet kids get in trouble for doing anything in them! Entertainment there is 0 Tom and Jerry every night for half hour from 1994 and dances for half hour! They don’t try getting h to e kids involved in anything or doing anything to make it more enjoyable entertainment staff are more bothered about the adults and even then if you don’t want to join in they have a attitude about it. Soft drinks are okay lots to choose from but alcohol is very poor. Shisha is forbidden in the hotel but you can go across the road to Arab bucks for one. You have to pay for wifi You have to pay for mini bar Ice cream isn’t unlimited throughout the day. This is the most budget basic all inclusive we have ever ever stayed in and every taxi driver/ person we met who lived there also said the same! There is soooo many beautiful hotels in sharm this is the worst on that strip to the point we tried changing hotels as we couldn’t use anything from the all inclusive. We personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste there money and stay here if you want very basic budget hotel to be bored to tears then it’s perfect. But we would never stay again. And it’s more scary you can’t leave a bad review on there page either as they just delete you! Nearly 5 & a half thousand pound we wasted at this hotel

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Ahmed and Ibrham at the main pool for their amazing service! Nothing is ever too much to ask and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and hydrated! They are both always polite, respectful and very attentive. Thank you so much to the pool management Mohammed and Ali for trying to source us a charger for a mobility scooter, after we accidentally left ours at home! Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Also a huge thanks to Tweety and Omar on the animation team and to Sadd and Adham in the main restaurant. The service in the Italian is always second to none! The gardens are kept immaculate and the whole hotel is spotless. To every member of staff thank you for your continued hard work and brilliant hospitality, we wouldn’t go anywhere else! See you again very soon! Sam, Teresa & family x

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. It’s more a 3 star than a 4 though. The rooms are big and spacious with balconies, fridge and safe which they bring you bottled water each day whilst cleaning, excellent air con too. The pools are the best thing about this hotel but lacking toilets close by. First hotel I’ve ever been that makes you pay for wifi… and quite honestly it’s awful - you have to log in 20+ times a day as it cuts out. The hotel taxi - is scandalous prices so download the app In-Drive it’s so much cheaper. The food was great, repetitive but ok and lots of choices. My family of 5 fussy eaters all found to eat. The steak restaurant was top marks but the Italian restaurant…. Not the best. The entertainment staff were great, there’s plenty of games and shows they put on daily and they take you out to nightclubs a different one each night if you want to go. Great family holiday.
