Coral Sea Waterworld Sharm El Sheikh

Had to write a review also on here since I had both them Facebook groups and they have both declined my review and deleted me off their pages so I can’t leave a review just shows the ammount of people they probably do this too hence only good reviews on there. We had an awful time. We arrived on the 5th March in the apparantly new “refurbished” family room with partition (2030) and it was beyond mucky! Stains on light shades, stains up walls, bath was mucky, floors was loppy I wouldn’t even put my 1 year old down to crawl round and old OLD hotdogs under the bed. They did come down and clean straight away though. The staff was very rude they completely disregard women all together and a lot of families was saying the same they had to send there husband to the bar/ reception as they just ignore women all together. The only staff member we found who was happy to help was mustafa he was brilliant. The food is worse than 1* we physically couldn’t eat there we did the first 2 days to see if it would improve and it just didn’t it was the worst iv seen at a all inclusive. TUI also stated they are good with allergies and English in regards to food which they wasn’t there was barely anything dairy free and if we asked they said there was no dairy but clearly was as my little boy was at the doctor at the hotel as he had digested some! The slides in the waterpark we never seen anyone on cause they are dangerous you literally flip out of the rings whilst your on them and the water you go into is freezing. Lazy river you have to have an adult my 7 year old they wouldn’t let on. Lifeguards constantly shouting at all the kids not to jump in pools, it’s what kids do! It’s “ waterworld” yet kids get in trouble for doing anything in them! Entertainment there is 0 Tom and Jerry every night for half hour from 1994 and dances for half hour! They don’t try getting h to e kids involved in anything or doing anything to make it more enjoyable entertainment staff are more bothered about the adults and even then if you don’t want to join in they have a attitude about it. Soft drinks are okay lots to choose from but alcohol is very poor. Shisha is forbidden in the hotel but you can go across the road to Arab bucks for one. You have to pay for wifi You have to pay for mini bar Ice cream isn’t unlimited throughout the day. This is the most budget basic all inclusive we have ever ever stayed in and every taxi driver/ person we met who lived there also said the same! There is soooo many beautiful hotels in sharm this is the worst on that strip to the point we tried changing hotels as we couldn’t use anything from the all inclusive. We personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste there money and stay here if you want very basic budget hotel to be bored to tears then it’s perfect. But we would never stay again. And it’s more scary you can’t leave a bad review on there page either as they just delete you! Nearly 5 & a half thousand pound we wasted at this hotel

Fantastic facilities, amazing restaurants and bars in the hotel and right in the heart of the sharm el sheikh. The entertainment team was very inclusive, polite and friendly. Lauren and the others went out of their way to make everyone feel included in all the activities

We’ve just returned from 7 nights at this beautiful resort. Staff were very welcoming, smiley and friendly, upon very late arrival to our room we’d been provided with sandwiches, fruit and water which was really nice. Thank you to the chefs, the food was always good with lots of variation depending on the themed night. Breakfast was very good too with omelettes, fresh croissants and pancakes. Bar staff are super efficient, happy & polite, serving up drinks all day all night, they work so hard! Animation/entertainment team are lovely so if you have any trouble they are there to help. Cassie in particular was very kind to us. Though we didn’t participate in many activities (personal choice) she still took the time to speak with us and ask about our day. Though she always told us about the entertainment on offer, we never felt pressured to participate in anything. This was our first holiday in a decade, so we really just wanted to relax. Cassie respected this but still made the time to come and speak with us. A lovely girl and we hope she continues to enjoy her time working in Egypt. The team overall are very upbeat and make everything so much fun. Cleaning staff work very hard & we always came back to a lovely clean, made up room with towel art. Mohammed was our room cleaner and he was very friendly and helpful. We always found a sun bed, obviously the earlier you get there the better position you get. Thankfully there was never a fight for beds as you see in some places! The lazy river is amazing, but make sure to keep topped up on your sun cream because whilst relaxing the sun is very unforgiving on your skin! Abrahamed & Hossam were our favourites in the water park, they were always on hand with a smile happy to help. They even convinced my partner to give the lazy river a try and it turned out he loved it! The water park is excellent - offering a variety for everyone. The grounds are impeccable and even the agricultural team always offer a smile and hello in passing. There wasn’t a day where staff weren’t busy doing something, it’s clear how much they care for the grounds and environment. Would recommend getting a snorkel mask and waterproof phone pouch to try snorkelling off the end of the jetty. Absolutely amazing! If you look hard enough too, you may even find Nemo!! Overall, a very enjoyable stay and if not for our horrible experience on our return journey (delayed and diverted for 3 days!!!!) we’d be more than happy to return to this beautiful resort. Would highly recommend.

What can I say amazing…. First impressions were not great we received a family room with kids den… I wasn't impressed with the room I’m used to 4-5 star and have never seen a room so basic for that rating it was very tired and the bath was tiny and shower useless… the bed was really comfy and cleaner amazing NOW for the positive the staff never met such loverly people they always go the extra mile for you in every aspect cleaners entertainment bar pool guys but and extra mention for ADHAM kind hearted and a friend forever he never left the kids side and I’m sure if we could have brought him home we would have ❤️ tweety also same applied and the rest of the animation team! Bar staff also amazing! Location absolutely beautiful apart from the room we had everything was perfect so I would definitely recommend asking for a renovated room. Do not book with the guys selling excursions round the pool area as we were promised 3 hours and 2 boats between 15 of us and we had two hours and 1 boat as the other the engine caught fire. (For water sports) half of us was left for over an hour snorkelling and one was disabled the guy wouldn’t give extra once told what had happened and was quite rude. The guy outside the hotel to the left next to the perfume shop was amazing for excursions highly recommended. Food if you’re worried don’t be there was always something to eat and the food was beautiful. On a whole this holiday has been my favourite and we have stayed in 5 star many times but the good out weights the bad! The people really are like family ❤️

The vacation was delightful! We ate a lot of delicious food, walked a lot, and of course sunbathed, in addition, we did a lot of yoga, thanks to the team of animators who made our vacation a little more interesting and exciting) we were very pleased with this hotel, although we did not spend much time here, of course we would like to stay longer, but another time for sure, I recommend this hotel)

We had the most amazing time here! I honestly have no complaints about anything at all. The food was good, lots of choice. The room was lovely, cleaned every day and fresh bottles of water. We had a brilliant view. Rooms 2212, 2213,, 2214. The animation team work their butts off all day and special thanks to Destiny who brought my young daughter out of her shell x The pools were great, beach is beautiful, staff were all amazing. It’s not compulsory to tip but it definitely helps and you can tell the staff appreciate it. Thankyou to our fella by the pool for the sunbeds and cushions every single day ☀️ We loved the shops inside the hotel and spent quite a lot of money there …. We found them to be more ‘honest’ than the shops outside and the quality was better but that’s personal opinion. The metro outside is a god send! Lots of dirt cheap goodies in there. I had my nails done by Claudia Carillo at Italian Nails and she did a beautiful job, thankyou We did the quad bike trip with Falcon and I have mixed feelings on it. The quad bike bit is super fun!! But, the camel and Bedouin tent was a waste of time and money. So much money. Literally people at every turn asking for money or tips for some thing or another and it was relentless. Next time 🕰️ d just do the 3 hour quad bike experience. Tips… take lots and lots of sun cream!! Skin so soft from Avon. They sell Off spray repellent at the pharmacy outside the hotel at a good price but take as much as you can with you. Full face snorkels are great for the beach and snorkelling off the pier. I wish I’d taken more money with me as there was loads I’d like to have done but hey ho… just have to go back next year I guess 🤩
