We have just got back from our holiday here. I could not recommend the hotel more, The hotel is very clean you never see rubbish anywhere. Our room was big we had plenty of space and the children had there own space. Our room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast lunch and dinner is buffet style, the food is always tasty and there are different dishes each day the only thing i would change is it would be nice if they had snacks available between meals and icecream you didnt have to pay for considering we had paid to go all inclusive you wo⁷⁹uld not expect to have to pay more each time for snacks, smoothies or icecream 2 dollars each. In the restaurant Abdallah and Ali where next level staff they where always so welcoming kind and could never do enough for you true gents. From the second you walk into the main resturant you feel like royalty, they would show you to your table they had ready for you, which is very hard once it got super busy it seemed their was more people than tables. Once at the table you would put down you belongings and go and help yourselves to food the choice was massive from the bu⁹ffet. We would get back with the food to always find our favourite drinks on the table waiting for us. They would check in anytime they would be passing the table to see if there was anything we ever needed, the second you finish a drink a fresh drink will be brought to th e table. You felt like family you could relaxe and enjoy yourself have a laugh and joke and never was we told no. Daily we would attend the pool and everyday gamel would have our loungers setup for us. He would have a float ready for my daughter he was again what feels like another family member he couldn't do enough for us great member of staff. We found we liked the Lotus bar the most. We try the other bars the other pool bar was nice it was in the middle of the pool but the service would leave you wondering if you where even in the same resort there was a lack of conversation, you got your drink eventually. The bar above the lobby it was more of a sports bar it had a pool table and always sports playing on the tvs. The service wasn't bad it was actually very good in this bar they where always kind you got drinks fast and once finished they where always refilled and bring fresh drinks to the table without you having to even ask. But it just didn't have the same feel that you got when at the Lotus bar, they where always so happy to see you. They knew what drinks you had you could have a laugh with them the staff where amazing Muhammad he was very kind you would not be waiting around to get your drinks they would be ready for you instantly even in the busiest times he made a point to know what you would drink how you would like it and have it ready for you, unfortunately we missed him on the last day so we didn't get a chance to say god bye but he was brilliant.
