Trash hotel trash rooms trash food very old very dirty never renovated insects in rooms on toilets food quality very poor is not recommend to go thier be away no hygiene in any area at the hotel actually it is not a hotel never find clean linens all of it dirty with spots - when you go to the restaurant the eat you have the carry your medicine s with you all people vomit and deorieh God help any clients think the go thier Be away be away don't ever to book it

I stayed 2 weeks in this hotel and (7.07 - 22.07) and food in very good, staff is very friendly, especially our housekeeper (who cleaned our 5120 room) was diligent, offered individual attention, and accommodated special requests. I definitely would visit again this Hotel, recommend!

I had a great time at this hotel! The room was clean, the food was tasty, and the staff were very friendly. The entertainment team was the best part! They were so fun, full of energy, and always made us smile. The games and shows were amazing. They made our trip really special.

"First of all, I would like to thank the hotel management for everything. Everything was very well organized, and everything was clean. The most important thing is that we will never forget the animations team. It was my first time having fun in Sharm, and all the atmosphere we created, especially the organization, and the best songs and music I heard. Bushka is truly the best DJ I've ever seen; he makes you feel like you're in another world, literally. The best and most amazing manager, joo; he is really the most talented person I've seen in terms of organization, and his spirit is really lovely. I believe that without him, the atmosphere wouldn’t have been the same. And of course, Mr. Chico is the best dancer I’ve seen, and I really admire him since I learned Zumba and other things from him. Also, Boda and Ahmed are among the best dancers, and I really admire them. Eira, Aya, and Nada are also some of the nicest people. I will come back to the hotel again to see them and attend their parties because I can never forget them. Also, the service was very nice, and everything was great."

Terrible hotel, just awful. I never seen so dirty and old hotel. Food is terrible, everything is bad. They don't have any beach, this hotel is wasting money and guarantee to make your vacation awful. I wouldn't recommend even to my enemy. This is sucks

What an amazing hotel. Food was fantastic and the staff were so good to us. I would like to personally say a massive thank you to Anwar Fathy (manager) who went out of his way more than once to help us. Every day, whatever time of day it was he welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable, thank you Anwar. I’m highly recommending this hotel, please visit you won’t regret it.
