It’s great place there are big aqua park It’s better then more place in sharm I spent all time in hotel Every thing was perfect food ,service,staff There are a party every night with entertainment team we love them every day party in hotel and in the pool too

Animation/entertainment team were great! Lots of entertainment going on! Moka is lovely always trying to make guest happy and making everyone feel welcome! Food is gooood Cleaners are great! Location is okay! But had a wonderful holiday x

Service ist super, people ist friendly and especial mention to our bar tender who is always friendly serving us name “Ali”.The Animation especially the Zumba and Water Gymnastik are cool and we had lot of fun especially my boy. Thank you very much with the staff!!

Полностью поддерживаю Антон М. Ни каких 5 звезд, максимум 2!!! заходим в номер - унитаз течет, дверь шкафа еле держалась, петли оторваны, вилки из розеток вываливаются, холодильник не работает, плитка отваливается, штукатурка вздутая. Не вздумайте оставить на ночь открытую балконную дверь...комары так искусают...На рецепшене пообещали все устранить....ждали 3 дня. Пришел сантехник, электрик... починили только дверь в шкафу, и поменяли холодильник, притащили из соседнего номера))) унитаз как тёк,так и течет. зарядники воткнули в розетки от настольных ламп и всё...кто то еду хвалит)))) да её много)))) но качество....на третий день изжога и резь в желудке у обоих...Рыба - телапия из сточных азиатских канав. Особый развод "Итальянский" ресторан)))) вино пополам с водой. Суп с гордым итальянским названием)))) тот же овощной из столовки, только погорячее, сибас - та же вонючая телапия))) есть не стали. людям пришедшим позже посоветовали взять пиццу, та хоть съедобная...уборка отвратительная.

The room attendant kept our room clean. So happy with his service, however I cleaned the room on arrival. It was dusty and dirty. The pool and bar staff are very friendly and helpful, however the restaurant is dirty, and very poor food available. The all inclusive snacks have small choice. Ie: chips and icecream. This has to be the worst place we have stayed and will not return. I only hope when they open the rest of the resort they sort their dining out. Also only one restaurant open when more advertised. We ended up eating out every night and even got a mc Donald’s as the food was that poor.

This hotel comes as 5 star. Definitely not 3 star at most. Hotel rooms were grubby and smelly. Fridge didn't work. Bed linen grubby. Got lots of bites. Corridors to rooms were dirty. Food was terrible same selection every day and night. There forever paying fully inclusive you go hungry. Or visit mcdonalds. Kids food was pathetic. Serving dishes dirty chefs grubby. Pools weren't heated so no fun. The staff however were very nice and welcoming. They were very helpful.
