Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort

Not 5 star hotel, I’m not sure why is advertised as 5 star , hotel was build 25 years ego and poor maintenance + poor cleaning resume aver take good things about this hotel. So you like clean room avoid this place.Food is just ok/ nothing special, all inclusive drinks very average .nice water park available- cold water in winter. 3 swimming pools and only 1 with heated water ( little one and so busy).Hotel bus available ( every hr) for beach-10min drive.Hotel taxi service very good and cheap for trips to town- 15 dollars both ways.Airport close-10min drive , should cost approx 15 dollars.Airport taxi can charge more so always check before getting in.

Walid Atef,one of the most caring and polite guy. Excellent cleaning service and towel decoration such as crocodile, flower and many more. Greets the guests at all times and makes them feel welcome, made by stay much more pleasant. 10/10 cleaning service.

Hello we went from the first off feb when we first got there we was greated really well got to the room and had a good look around not the cleanest so and the cleaner that come every morning was one of the nasty men ever even to my children we went to the pool and in kids pool my child keep cutting there feet on something sharp so they couldn’t go in not just my kids other people kids to my daughter got food poisoning from there they were very willing to help her the pool staff are by far the best employees there

It was a great experience for me and for my wife, I spent amazing vacation there, everything was perfect and the hospitality was great. Special thanks for Mr. Emad Melad(GM), Mr. Islam Moukhtar (front office manager) and very special thanks for Mr. Tarek Hussein (Group security manager) who helped me there several times. And was wonderful and I will repeat it again and again. Thanks ❤️

No heated pool, the room was dirty when we arrived ,water dirty from the shower the colour of the water coming down was orange when asked to fix it evweytime they said it was fixed and it wasnt. They wouldnt change my room and i was thete with many friends and family as we booked this trip to spend time together and everyone had the same problem with water and cleaniness. Staff always angry and not helpful when asked for help unless you give them tips. The hotel was to far from everything and transport is needed minimum drive 15 to 40 minutes to locations.

Saddly this is about to be my first negative review about hotel in Egypt. We have been traveling to Egypt every year since 2012 and never had a bad experience untill Parrotel lagoon. We stay there since 11th feb till 20th 2025 expecting relaxing stay. Checking in to the hotel was quite streight forward and easy but nothing after that was easy. After first day our room was not cleaned and had no towel in the room so called reception and towels were delivered over next 8 days our room wasnt cleaned jus beds were made and towels were changed sporadically but gave up on reporting knowing im not the only room struggling with this problem as there was 3 families traveling to this hotel together and we all had the same problem. Water in the tab was a separate issue as it was yellow/gold and not slight discolloration it was horrific. Main restaurant was busy to the point where daily there was no plates or food to choose from. A lot of birds flying about whitch i have seen before but in other places restaurants were cleaned unlike this one. Entertainment: same belly daincing 5 days a week. Barman had no facility to make a drink since there was no jucies or ingredients for him to be good at his job so everyone had to drink beer or their local alkohole and they all tasted like homemade moonshine. I could give many more example why not to choose this hotel but im now trying to forget about this unpleasant experiance.
