Sataya Resort Marsa Alam

After my stay at Sataya Resort Marsa Alam, I highly recommend choosing this facility for your next trip. The rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned daily. The staff responds immediately to reported problems. The food is varied, with live cooking (for me, however, the intensity of flavors is lacking). But I think that everyone can find something for themself. Especially with three a'la carte restaurants. Daily animations and attractions at the highest level, warm greetings to the wonderful team of animators (Roksana, Marta, Alice, Mo, Mamut, Maro, Mu Mu - Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz , Islam - thank you for the best time! Thanks to great pool administrator we could always have our space bear the main pool, thank you! And finally last but for sure not least, the drinks in the bars are delicious, especially those prepared by the best, always smiling bartender Abdel in the bar by the main pool, who is doing the best job to make everyone happy ☺️

Sataya Resort in Marsa Alam is a great place for a holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and varied, and the hotel grounds are well kept, with a big pool and a beautiful beach. Special thanks to the animator Marwan he dances amazingly, makes everyone laugh, and brings lots of positive energy. Thanks to him, every day was full of fun and a great atmosphere!

I had a wonderful stay at Sataya Resort Marsa Alam. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully arranged. The pools were amazing, especially with the swim-up bar, and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal — friendly, open, and always helpful. The animation team was fantastic and full of energy, especially Roksana from Poland, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her warm personality and great energy. On the beach, we tried the Dr. Fish treatment — a fun experience with kind staff. The perfume oils from the beachside booth were high quality, and the massages at the hotel spa were truly relaxing and offered at a very reasonable price. We were particularly impressed by Tito and Tomasz, the spa representatives, who offered excellent massage services. They welcomed us with smiles and treated guests with genuine care and professionalism. The waiters in both the Aida restaurant and the beach restaurant were outstanding — friendly, efficient, and always attentive. Both restaurants offer live cooking, which adds a great touch to the dining experience. The pasta dishes prepared by the chefs at the beach restaurant were fantastic, and the à la carte pizza served there was absolutely delicious. What I really appreciated was that there was no pressure to buy anything or to give tips — everything felt relaxed and respectful. The food overall was incredibly varied — there was something delicious for everyone. This hotel truly exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommended!

Od prvního okamžiku jsme byli okouzleni krásným prostředím resortu a především neuvěřitelně přátelským a profesionálním personálem. Služby byly bezchybné – vše fungovalo perfektně a s úsměvem. Velmi jsme ocenili vynikající stravu, dokonalou čistotu v celém areálu i na pokojích a celkovou péči, kterou nám všichni věnovali. Chování personálu bylo natolik vstřícné a milé, že jsme se cítili skoro jako doma, jako součást jedné velké rodiny. Sataya Resort nám poskytl nezapomenutelný zážitek a vřele ho doporučujeme všem, kdo hledají krásnou dovolenou s perfektními službami a rodinnou atmosférou v Egyptě. It's our 2nd time in Sataya, and it will not be the last one because Sataya has gotten even better in 2024. The service is much higher, all the staff members are well educated, nice and polite (warm thatks to waiter Mahmud Hasan ). They even gotten a guest relation Kariman, who is so helpful and responsible. The intertainment team is fun (special thanks to Gulia and Fatima, and shout out to Akim and Maru for the best Aqua Gym) and, Sataya added some nice shows visiting from outside. The food has improved so much within a year, the main restaurant Aida is spotless and food is outstanding Regards to chef Hamada. Rooms are renewed and well kept (we want to thank Said for a special treatment). And there is so much to do in an SPA (regards to Ahmed and Donia for their hard work - you are the best!) . Overall th hotel is of a high quality and standart and each time makes us want to come back. We recommend to everyone to visit, you'll enjoy it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
