To mój drugi raz w Gemma Resort – a fakt, że tu wróciłam, mówi sam za siebie. W Egipcie bywałam już wcześniej, ale to miejsce naprawdę wyróżnia się na tle innych. Hotel zachwyca czystością, pysznym i urozmaiconym jedzeniem oraz cudowną obsługą. Wszystko sprzyja prawdziwemu relaksowi. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje ekipa animatorów – pełni energii, zaangażowani i zawsze uśmiechnięci. To właśnie dzięki nim każdy dzień i wieczór był wyjątkowy i pełen pozytywnych emocji. Zdecydowanie chciałabym tam wrócić ponownie !

Miejsce godne polecenia, WSPANIAŁA OBSŁUGA dosłownie w calym osrodku, maga pomocna i życzliwa. Czyściutko, pięknie i komfortowo. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i bardzo urozmaicone. Mnóstwo atrakcji żeby spędzić miło czas.

Resort na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Szczególne wyróżnienie i podziękowanie należą się personelowi hotelowemu, który nieustannie dba o komfort gości (kelner Ati to świetny, życzliwy facet) oraz zespołowi animatorów, którzy gwarantują świetnie spędzony czas (Karolina która jest bardzo życzliwą i otwartą osobą). Bardzo smaczne dania, szczególnie restauracje ala carta oraz restauracja na plaży są godne polecenia. Bardzo ładna, szeroka i przestronna plaża (tu również warto docenić pomocny personel, który pomaga przy leżakach oraz barmana, który z uśmiechem na twarzy serwuje kolejne drinki). Osoby zachęcające do masażu, czy innych usług nie są nachalne, a rafa koralowa przy hotelu bogatsza niż w niejednym miejscu dedykowanym do nurkowania. Włochów faktycznie wielu, przy czym ich wypoczynek niczym nie odstaje w sposób negatywny, a wręcz na plus należy zaliczyć dostępność bardzo dobrych kaw, past czy pizzy, które są serwowane wszystkim gościom. Warto!

Die Tauchbasis Blue Submarine im Gemma Resort ist sehr zu Empfehlen! Es ist möglich sofern das Wetter es erlaubt mit dem Speedboat vom Strand zu unglaublich schönen Tauchspots zu fahren. Wir haben Delfine, Haie, Rochen, Schildkröten und sogar eine Seekuh gesehen! Das Hotel ist für Italienische Gäste ausgerichtet was kein negativer Punkt ist. Die Küche ist dementsprechend gut und die anderen Gäste sehr freundlich und gesittet!! Ich war jetzt das 3. mal in dem Hotel und komme gerne wieder! Ein kleiner Punkt den das Hotel besser beachten sollte ist der Schutz vom Hausriff ! Es ist riesig und sollte geschützt werden damit zukünftige Gäste auch was davon haben !

Villaggio ben organizzato ,con accesso diretto al mare e numerosissime piscine. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio con il personale gentile, in particolare Mattia, il direttore del ristorante, molto accogliente e disponibile ad ogni esigenza e il cameriere Aschraf attento e veloce ad ogni richiesta! In this Resort I had the best holiday ever. It was very relaxing stay. I need to mention Nopy, the best guy in the resort, who helped me when I needed anything. It is very good, to have someone as Nopy around. He speaks english very well. Nopy is calm in all stressed situation which is very important for all tourists. Thanks a lot for great animations everyday. I will come again.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super schöne Anlage. Personal sehr freundlich, ob im Service, an der Rezeption oder House keeping. Tolles geräumiges Zimmer, Betten nicht zu hart und die Kopfkissen sind ok. Die Pools sind alle super. Strand ist sauber und gepflegt.

Eravamo io e mia figlia, ci siamo trovate molto bene, spiaggia ben attrezzata, personale in tutta la struttura cortese, Pulizia camera sempre al top e ragazzo gentilissimo! Negozi ben attrezzati e Fabietto del bazar super carino !!Escursioni molto belle consiglio il super safari. Infine cibo sempre molto buono ,cuoco italiano bravissimo per pasta e risotti e consiglio La mia africa come ristorante tematico! Speriamo di ritornarci ottimo Resort!
