Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri tre bambini di 6 anni, 3 anni e 5 mesi. Resort tenuto bene, pulito, ottimo cibo... Ma la marcia in più sono le persone che ci hanno fatto vivere una bellissima vacanza. Una menzione per Salem che ci ha fatto trovare sempre la stanza pulita e con qualche gradita sorpresa per i bimbi. Non "Bravo" ma Bravissimi ai ragazzi della animazione, in particolare Serena e "Torta" che hanno intrattenuto i nostri piccoli al baby club, appuntamento fisso di ogni nostra giornata e serata. Abbiamo già voglia di tornarci!

È stata una vacanza indimenticabile. Servizio ai tavoli e in spiaggiaottimo, tantissime attività da svolgere durante il giorno e attività di intrattenimento. L equipe di animazione davvero superba!!! Ho viaggiato tantissimo ma un gruppo di animazione così, non lo avevo mai visto!!! Bravissimi tutti!!!

I am returning with my family many times a year. Accommodation is clean, housekeeper comes once a day, he gives you water every day. Food is excellent, every night is different theme of dinner. Animation program is very nice, people from animation agency are nice and allways friendly, also is every day different animation program. Can’t wait to come back.

Una vacanza da sogno,in vacanza con mia moglie da soli dopo 20 anni,il villaggio è unico, camera grande e sempre pulita, tante piscine e una riscaldata, ,mare stupendo,il ristorante principale La Terra D'oriente sempre tutto buonissimo e il nostro cameriere Atta sempre gentile e disponibile, Zuccherino del bar in spiaggia sempre gentilissimo,il ristorante El Mar sempre tutto buonissimo con la pizza e le piadine e molto belli anche i negozietti all interno. Abbiamo fatto l escursione a Sharm El luly e la motorata con il dunbaghi che sono state anche molto belle. Per finire l animazione Bravo Top. Ci torneremo in famiglia appena possibile Grazie Gemma♥️

Tutto meraviglioso, dall'accoglienza di Mahmoud, ai camerieri veramente squisiti, veloci e simpatici Aladino e Nour. Servizi bar sulla spiaggia con bar-man Zuccherino e ottima assistenza per i lettini spiaggia. Complimenti ai baristi della piscina principale per la simpatia e l' allegria infinita e un meritato elogio per i giardinieri che rendono tutti i giorni un incantevole Resort curando il verde in maniera impeccabile. Ottima la pulizia della camera di Refaat al blocco 1, camere 1116 e 1117. Grazie a tutto lo staff anche del Bravo Club, consigliato il negozio di abbigliamento gestito da Sofia che personalizza i capi in maniera eccezionale, contiamo di tornare al più presto.

Wir wollten mal wieder richtig entspannen und konnten die 2 Wochen voll genießen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Allen voran ist der Kellner ATTY zu erwähnen. Er hat uns bei jeder Mahlzeit ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Atty war immer sehr umsichtig und zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass er seinen Job liebt. An der Strandbar und an der Rezeption erging es uns ähnlich mit Zuccherino und Basem. Alle drei waren auch stets bemüht uns auf Deutsch weiterhelfen zu können. Das ist in dem doch sehr italienischen Resort nicht selbstverständlich. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und man wurde immer mehr als satt. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und schön angelegt. Bei der guten Strandlage kann man die wunderschöne Meereswelt entdecken. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Abendprogramm könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, insbesondere weil das Theater nur auf italienisch lief. Die Abendanimation an der Bar war okay, mehr aber auch nicht.

Viaggio di famiglia, da subito la struttura appare bella, curata e molto ordinata, l’accoglienza è veloce senza inutili formalità. Le camere sono grandi, luminose, pulite e funzionali. Gli accessori forniti sono utili e abbondanti. Teli mare e asciugamani combusti tutti i giorni con servizio efficiente. Le parti comuni sono in numero sufficiente, non si fa la coda per nulla, la pulizia è sempre al primo posto in ogni ambiente. Il cibo è molto buono con proposte adatte a ogni gusto o abitudine, i tre ristoranti presenti forniscono ottime soluzioni di pesce carne e cibo locale. Ben nove piscine sono disponibili di cui una con acqua riscaldata. Il mare è bello e le strutture sono funzionali all’esigenza. Infine l’ospite è coccolato da mille attenzioni e se dovesse mancare o volere qualcosa basta chiedere e ogni esigenza sarà soddisfatta. Luogo da consigliare e da tornarci. Merita proprio
