這家酒店設施非常老舊，床頭燈圖一的樣子，但這不是最可怕的，因為其實酒店外環境還不錯，最可怕的是這家酒店有我出行五十多國入住幾百家酒店裡遇見過最傲慢，無禮，粗魯惡劣的前台，入住當天和退房當天遇到的都是同一人，圖二這位前台如果不離職那這家酒店真是很不幸，多給的一分是給真誠樸實的餐廳服務員

I really enjoyed staying at Blend Elphistone this july, it was a great relaxing vacation. The staff were nice, the hotel was clean and the animators were also nice. They made program throughout the day and there was always some kind of show in the evening. We were really happy with the way the vacation turned out and we are planning on coming back next year.

Great hotel to stay. We spent there 2 weeks and it was lovely time. Big thank you to best waiters in the world. Mohamed Alaa (picture 1) and Mohamed Saber (picture 2). Your service was like 5 Michelin restaurant. Very helpful, funny and kind people. At the end we felt like we met good friends there. For me they deserve 6 stars. Our perfect Dr Sandy get us out of health problems and was very helpful. Great knowledge and very kind and open person. I also give 6 stars for our Dr Sandy ❤️ Hotel not big, but very good for people looking to rest in quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms very clean. Very nice coral reef Very funny animation team. Especially Karim, you did always put smile on our faces. We do recommend Blend Elphiston Resort Marsa Alam.

One of the worst hotels in Marsa Alam. Both the main pool and other hotel pools were dirty and poorly maintained. The water was cloudy, the areas around the pools were messy, and in some places there were visible signs of mold. The hotel staff were rude and demanding – they expected tips at nearly every opportunity. When we did not give tips, we were treated worse than other guests – we received drinks in smaller glasses, were ignored at the bar, and our plates remained uncleared for a long time after meals. One staff member in particular, Magdy, had the worst attitude of them all. The condition of the room was far below the standards of a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning unit was outdated, likely from the 1990s, very noisy, and barely cooled the air, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty – there were stains, an unpleasant smell, and traces of mold around the shower area (G105 room). In the morning hours, it was nearly impossible to find available sunbeds on the beach – many were reserved with towels early on, even though no one used them for hours. Hotel staff did nothing to address this. The alcohol served in the bar was also of low quality, likely contributing to the exacerbation of food poisoning that we developed. There are other, much better hotels in Marsa Alam for the same price or cheaper so choose wisely.

I would like to share my great experience with this hotel, where everything was perfect. From the very beginning, we were surprised by the amazing care for guests and the high standard of services. I would especially like to highlight Mr. MAGDY MOHAMED from the reception, who helped us solve a small problem with the shower. He reacted immediately, was very friendly and professional, which really made us happy and showed that the hotel truly cares about its guests. As for the CLEANING SERVICE, I can’t complain either. The cleaning was absolutely precise, and they always made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. Every day, everything was perfectly clean and tidy. A big compliment also goes to the gentlemen working on the beach. They were always quick, friendly, and willing to help, which made us feel at home on the beach. Of course, I must also mention all the staff who took care of us throughout our stay. The gardener, waiters, bartenders, and chefs – they were all fantastic and very helpful. The gardens were beautifully maintained, the waiters always made sure our tables were clean and ready for every meal, the bartenders made great cocktails, and the chefs prepared delicious dishes. It was clear that every team member loves their job and does it with care. This harmony within the team is undoubtedly one of the reasons why our stay was so amazing. We thank everyone for their excellent work and hospitality! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel and accomodation was excellent and the food even better. Resort was clean and tidy as were the rooms. The Airport was closed to UK flights when we wnet but worth the trip from Hurghada to get there SNorkelling good and many local reefs to explore Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Dive shop good, and staff very knowledgable Would recommend this small quiet hotel (if thats what you are looking for) to others
