Als erstes möchte ich jemanden ganz besonders loben und zwar den Poolleiter Aly,der eine fantastische Arbeit an der Poolbar leistet,und nicht nur dort.Aly ist selbst im Stress immer freundlich,nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind toll,mit schöner Aussicht.Hotel Der Service im Ganzem Hotel ist fantastisch,natürlich auch das Essen Die Toilette im Restaurantbereich lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig,und das Animationts Team ist schlecht Babu gibt sich sehr viel mühe.Das vorherige Team war Besser

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen an einem wunderschönen Riff. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen und die Getränke sind super. Es ist sehr schön ruhig hier und man bekommt immer und überall einen Platz. Ich finde es ist sehr altersgerecht angelegt und auch für beeinträchtigte gut begehbar.

After staying at the hotel twice, I sincerely recommend it. Both the hotel itself and the infrastructure around the facility are very well prepared and maintained. The service is at the highest level and I mean the reception, the hotel service, the restaurant, the gardeners. I must express my special appreciation for the service of the pool and, above all, the bar with its star, Mr. Ally. I will definitely visit this hotel again next year to feel at home again!

Das Essen war wirklich toll… die Anlage ist klein übersichtlich. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Animateure bieten viele gute Aktivitäten an ich würde mir dennoch eine Überdachung wünschen. Am Strand ist es sehr ruhig. Wir waren täglich beim Streaching, Aqua Gymnastik und Yoga .

Dopo tantissimi soggiorni sul Mar Rosso posso sicuramente dire che il reef del Concorde è fra i più ricchi e incontaminati che abbia mai visto; i coralli, molto colorati, sono pieni di vita ed è un piacere scendere in acqua. Alla receptio hanno saputo soddisfare tutte le nostre piccole richieste accontentandoci anche sulle camere. Le stanze erano molto ampie e ben arredate. Dunque 5 stelle per tutti questi aspetti. Sulla spiaggia gli ombrelloni sono più ravvicinati che in altri resort e a volte era difficile trovare posto. Le camere erano abbastanza pulite, tranne i tappeti che andrebbero cambiati. Solo 4 stelle. Nonostante i bagnini fossero sempre a disposizione la pulizia della sabbia lasciava un po' a desiderare e ci sono poche docce e pochi bagni. 3 stelle. Ma il vero punto debole di questo resort è il servizio ristorante: tavoli a volte sporchi, in alcuni orari file al self service troppo lunghe, camerieri del tutto latitanti e lenti nel portare da bere, cibo ripetitivo e non sempre ben cucinato; certo non un livello 5 stelle...

Wir kommen seit 12 Jahren hierher. Es ist unser stammhotel weil das Personal sehr freundlich ist, die Zimmer sauber das essen sehr gut und wir unter den einheimischen vile Freunde gefunden haben. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit kleiner Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben mit meeresblick gebucht und wir können auf die schöne Bucht schauen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal. Das Essen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Aqua Gymnastik war einer meiner Favoriten Aktivitäten vom Animationsteam.
