It was my first time in Egypt, and it was the best vacation ever. Throughout our holiday we were entertained by an excellent animation team, and in case of any problem we were helped by very friendly staff. A large area where there is always something to do, good food and most importantly good rooms, with excellent air conditioning

We were here for the second time. We like that there are few people here. No queues for food, few people on the beach and at the pools, divine peace. On the contrary, we do not like that sellers do not respect red flags and are persistent. They don't overdo the cleaning here either. Everything is dirty and cluttered. The plastic chairs and tables outside the restaurant are stained by birds. The place is set in such a way that you don't know if someone has finished eating there, or if it is freshly prepared for the next guest. Not once during our stay did the waiter put a tablecloth on the plastic table outside, on which he had already prepared our drinks before our arrival, so that we would sit here regularly and tip him. I didn't understand the tablecloth system, but he mostly put them in front of the manager and on the tables where people left, so he didn't have to change them if he got dirty. A boy wipes the floor in the dining room with a rag without rinsing, just so it won't be said. They wipe the tables with one smelly cloth without soaking it, they just spray water on it with a sprayer. The bucket does not exist here. I would like it if more women did the cleaning work, men just can't handle it. Dining room tables wobble to spill your drink. I watched when they were washing the glass wall between the reception and the lounge bar, the glass is polished, but without washing it beforehand and the frames will still remain stuck, because you don't think to wash it anymore. Dirty curtains and drapes in the rooms, they probably haven't been washed since the hotel opened. The sunbeds are already quite broken, without paint. they would need mine repaired and a new coat of paint. I don't understand why, when a lifeguard with towels sits there for days with a phone in his hand, he can't, for example, repair the deckchairs. It's all a stage show for us walking cashiers. This is where I feel it the most. They make it clear everywhere here that you can get better service from them if you pay. You normally have a room from 2 pm, but you can have it from 11 am because we are very nice. I hate it from the waiters in the dining room. You can't even sit where you want, you are immediately hooked by the one where you sat for the first time. I really feel bad if I don't tip him every day. He brings drinks one after the other without asking if you want more and you don't even have a drink and you already have some more, although you may not want any more. Some waiters, on the other hand, will bring you one drink for the entire lunch. Whether or not you tip shouldn't be a factor in the quality of service. One of the chefs was making noises and winking at me, one of the oldest bar waiters at the reception was too. Dust was never wiped in the gym, it wipes itself off during exercise. To everyone - be careful about the boy from animation team!!!! They behave inappropriately to the girls, they promise marriage and love even though they have more girls. Take care of your daughters. Choose another hotel! We are very worried what is happening there!!!!!!!

This resort is run down and now closed for renovations. It closed overnight leaving people stranded. We were staying in the adjacent condos and thought we could use the facilities. For three of the 6 days I did. The gym was terrible. Most of the equipment was broken. The food in the restaurant was poor. I read reviews on Tripadvisor that were false.

Sixth holiday in this hotel. Four times it was Sentido Oriental dream and, after the sale, twice Hotelux oriental Coast Great accommodation, cleaned every day, change of towels and always made something nice for the beds. Clean, well-maintained beach and great underwater life, which is why we keep coming back to this hotel. The bar on the beach is also great, both drinks and afternoon snacks. The food is excellent and thanks to the chef, even celiacs can eat without a problem. He will perform and show which food is suitable for a gluten-free diet. A selection of good cheese spreads for breakfast. Excellent soups for lunch and dinner, as well as excellent and varied main dishes. Excellent vegetables and vegetable salads, lots of sweet pastries and cakes. Overall great satisfaction as every visit to this hotel. We look forward to next year.

The best holiday of my life! My family and I enjoyed it so much. The hotel was very good-looking and really cozy. We had All inclusive and I must say that the food was quite good - you could choose from many options, which is really good. The rooms are cozy, have a nice bathroom and also a little terrace. What I personally enjoyed the most was the animation program for the whole day (including the evening after dinner) with the best animators - i have to highlight their names : Ahmed and Africano (Hossam) - if you're reading it guys, i wanted to say a big thank you for making my holiday even better :) ! Then I would highlight the pools - big, warm and clear; easy entrance to sea - where you can see many colourful corals and fishes; and the service - kind and polite, especially Reda and Josef - shukran! And also my family and i would want to thank Omar for polite greeting and telling us all the informations about hotel. If you are deciding whether to go or not, definitely visit this destination and stay in THIS HOTEL!

Together with my wife we had a vacation vacation here 02-09.04.2023. And many things were pretty nice - beautiful sea, nice location of the hotel, generally friendly staff. I really liked also the team of animators - Africano, Natalya and Ahmet created a cool atmosphere. Be sure to play volleyball with them and go dancing in the evening! I also need to mention that the cuisine is quite decent here. There were many very tasty dishes. I personally liked fresh vegetable salads with soaked eggplants. For lunch and dinner almost every day beef was served. Delicious beef. Separately, I must mention dry tasty cakes made by the Arab lady-cook. There was always a queue for it! By the way, they serve alcohol drinks well and the waiters are very polite. Beer is especially good - you can get it in let’s say unlimited quantities! Regarding disadvantages - the hotel is far from being a brand new and rather used in some places. There were problems with water supply (no water for several hours in one of the days, sometimes not very strong flow from the tap), there were not enough towels on the beach for several days and the responsible workers did not want to do anything with it. But the administrators at the reception have provided support for that case, which is appreciated. Also the hotel has very bad WiFi. It constantly drops you out! For sightseing, be sure to contact Ahmet, he has his desk in the lobby. He arranged a great trip to Luxor for us! Also another Ahmet on the beach provided a very decent quadro safari. In general, we are satisfied and would like to come again very soon!
