This hotel has some new rooms and some old rooms and this is a special hotel in Alexandria and I think you should visit hahahahahahabahahamahahba

Очень хороший охраняемый гостиничный комплекс ЗА городом. Красивое чистое безопасное место. Комната классная, все новое, но у меня был душ, а не ванная, как заявлено на фото номера. Завтрак восхитительный, большой выбор выпечки, сыров, фруктов, овощей, напитков.. очень внимательный и приятный персонал. Заселение в 15.00 , но мы получили комнату около 18 вечера((. Ещё на месте выяснилось, что требуется доплата, неизвестно за что.. этим вопросом занималась служба Trip, поэтому я не очень расстроилась. Все развлечения в отеле платные - бильярд, аэрохоккей, теннис, гольф. Бассейн на крыше с подогревом! Жаль никто не сказал об этом, я нашла его только к концу второго дня пребывания. Сложно вызвать такси, это далеко от города. Нужно долго ждать. Из города тоже не все хотят туда ехать.

We loved everything. The rooms were cozy & have all the required amenities. The service was outstanding. The staff is friendly and very helpful specially Mr Moustafa at the restaurant and his team and Mr Mark who helped us with everything. Highly recommended for business stay.

To start with, the team is very hospitable and friendly , rooms are vast and comfortable, clean and welcoming , conference was successful and well very organized with diverse coffee breaks and lovely lunch. Meetings very well equipped with state of the art tech. Breakfast at the main restaurant was so welcoming, smiling and helpful , I should also mention the kitchen team also the eggs station staff were very efficient. Pool staff , Security, reception, bell captains, service team , stewards, all made our stay to remember . Well done and keep it up
