Perfect stay, Friendly staff, delicious food in Novbahar restaurant, beautiful nature, large rooms, nice SPA center with indoor pool and fitness, large options of seesights, comfortable destination!!! Clean yard and Hotel. Thanks a lot to the team.

Stay was awasome. Clean air, clean and confortable rooms. Restaurant service, breakfast, SPA centre, bowling centre, new simulation games, GYM, turkish bath and much more services you can use. From hotel room great view to mountains, garden, to greens. 5 minut from city.

Location is perfect if you have a car. You can get everything you need in hotel or drive to Qax town. Our room had a great view to mountains and perfect stars sky at night. room service is very good, as well as massage and baths we used I am grateful for Tale (manager) who was very proactive and helpful

As support crew to a group of cyclists riding for charity from Tblisi to Baku all 80 of us stayed at this lovely hotel for one night. The Front Office Manager, Yusif and his staff looked after us so well during our stay - we had an easy and smooth check-in and a fabulous dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. They also arranged an outdoor bar area and music just for the group. Some guests also took advantage of the bowling available at the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all amenities required. Yusif was attentive and helpful throughout our stay and we can't thank him and the staff enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the El Resort Hotel and highly recommend it.

ElResort hotel is one of the bests hotel in the north-western of Azerbaijan. This my family traditional holidays hotel. Its location is the most beautiful and cleanest in Azerbaijan, Gakh region. Hotel is very well maintained and managed. All family members feel comfortable and at home. Service personnel is very friendly and customer service oriented. You can feel kind attention and close care at each corner of the facility. Prices are the most affordable vs provided service. I strongly recommend this hotel to all big families. Bests! Zaur

Although the hotel had some negatives (poor lighting and needs renovation), the location and service were excellent. I especially thank Mr. Elsavar for quickly responding to our complaints and suggestions. He was very interested in everything. Mr. Mais, the restaurant staff was one of the best hotel staff I have ever seen.
