The room was nice and big but didn't get why they opted for see-through glass walls (some blinds covering it!) for bathroom?

Séjour avec des amis . Vol de bijoux dans les chambres par le personnel qui nettoie pendant notre absence . Fouille dans les valises . Aucune sécurité . Il faut porter plainte . Très compliqué . Hôtel à fuir même si le cadre est sympa . La nourriture au top

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Poolanlage sehr groß und direkt am Strand gelegen. Leider sehr starke Strömung. Dafür aber kein Gedrängel am Pool. Wir hatten das Hotel auf einer Rundreise. Würde es aber auch wieder buchen, sollten es mich nochmal in diese Gegend verschlagen.

Nos vacances avaient bien mal commencé... une simple chûte au bord de la mer et un porte-monnaie emporté par un rouleau. Sameera et Mahesh du pool boy ont réussi l'impossible exploit de le retrouver après près de deux heures de recherche assidue !!! Nous les remercions de tout coeur pour leur persévérence et obstination ! J en profite pour remercier également la jeune fille de l accueil et leur manager pour leur aide et gentillesse. Grâce à eux, notre séjour a finalement bien commencé !!!

From the moment we arrived we found the service poor. Staff appeared disinterested. Our room was grubby and tired , the safety deposit box was not secured to anything and could be easily carried out of the room, sockets did not work. Our meal in the evening was poor. Slow service and waited an age to order - had to ask ! Waited over 50 minutes for food to arrive - if we hadn’t asked where it was then we may still be sat there! Food was so undercooked , seemed to have just been flashed under a grill - half ingredients were missing and it was inedible . My husband went to hotel toilets which were dirty . We are both expecting an upset stomach in the morning! Ce séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable réussite. L’ensemble du personnel est vraiment sympathique, chaleureux et toujours souriant. Sans oublier les animateurs du Kappa Club qui savent mettre une bonne ambiance au sein de l’hôtel et proposent de belles sorties. Merci à tous ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une magnifique vue sur les deux grandes piscines, avec en arrière-plan la plage, offrant un cadre agréable et confortable pour se détendre. Le léger point négatif concerne le buffet qui se ressemble beaucoup de jour en jour mais tout de même très bon. En conclusion, un séjour parfait que je recommande sans hésiter !
