The hotel is rubbish. I don't know why the WiFi can't be connected. The TV keeps skipping ads. The Internet TV is laggy and I can't watch anything. The disposable towels in the bathroom cost ¥10, and it's not marked. Other hotels give disposable towels for free, but they charge for them. The air conditioner is the central air conditioner, and it doesn't work even when it's turned on. It may be because of the room I stayed in. There were people talking there late at night. (The room I stayed in was next to their staff dormitory.) In one word, ”bad”

This time I brought my wife and children to Putian for a trip, and it was a good choice to choose the newly opened Four Seasons Hotel. We drove a Zeekr new energy vehicle and were still worried about charging along the way. When we arrived at the hotel, we found charging piles, so we no longer had to wait at the charging station. After a day of playing, we had a pile of dirty clothes. The hotel had a washing machine and a dryer. We just threw the clothes in, and they were dry and ready to wear after washing. It was so convenient. During the Chinese New Year, the family lay on the bed, turned on the TV and watched the Spring Festival Gala. The screen was large and clear, and the sound was particularly good. It felt as warm as being at home. The room is warmly decorated, the bed is soft, and the stay is very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly, checked in quickly, and recommended fun places nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Putian in the future

GGuest UserEnvironment: The room on the third floor where my daughter and I lived was quite large and had a balcony. The store service is super super considerate. We were picked up by ferry and were introduced to the attractions as soon as we got on the bus. What impressed me most was that when I went to the supermarket, the boss saw that I had taken the wrong road, so he rode his bike to take us there personally. Very responsive to requests. The food at the small restaurant run by the boss's parents is also delicious and not expensive. My daughter and I ordered three large plates for only 90 yuan. The squid was very fresh, and the seafood noodles were so big that my 10-year-old daughter and I exclaimed that they were delicious and finished them all. There are no residents behind the house. I have sleep disorders and can't stand even the slightest noise. It's very quiet here and I sleep very well. The hygiene is very good. I work in the catering industry, so I pay special attention to this. I check the hygiene as soon as I enter the room, and there is nothing to complain about. My daughter and I always stay in five-star hotels when we go out, but we couldn’t book one this time, so we chose a hotel recommended by a customer on Xiaohongshu to give it a try. Unexpectedly, it was much better than I expected. The store is quite attentive. By the way, if you don’t like the internet-famous beach, you can go to the beach which is very close to the store. Just turn left at the entrance of the store and go all the way to the end. You can rent the whole beach. You deserve it

MMoxuannanxiangziThis is a relatively casual short trip. It feels good to see the online evaluation. What is impressive is the attitude of the front desk service. I added WeChat before I went to tell me whether the boat can be sailed and how the weather is. The service was also very thoughtful. I forgot to bring dry glue (wax). The hotel did not have it. The front desk also specially went to find someone to borrow it. It was very warm and very loving. Next to the hotel is the Goosetail Sea Etching Address Park. It is quite comfortable to go there for a morning and the scenery is beautiful.

葛葛安杰A little far from downtown and the attractions but you’ll be driving or in a cab anyway, there is no walking in Putian. The newest and definitely most pleasant of the five star hotels in the city. The park next door is charming, and the hot spring is very pleasant, although there is some controversy as to whether the hot spring has the correct water overflow/replacement to make sure the water is being renewed isn’t dead water.
Note that despite nominally being a non smoking hotel, the floor we were on reeked with smoke with one room propping the door open while smoking and cleaning staff passed by without batting an eyelid.
Rooms are big, well equipped and there are the expected Shangrila touches. Would definitely choose this hotel to stay in over any other in the city.

The sanitation is unexpectedly clean, the air is good, and it is very transparent. There are also projectors and air conditioners. There are even disposable toilet covers and bath towels. The mineral water is also branded. I didn't take it away after checking out, but bought a bottle at the convenience store downstairs for two yuan. Overall it is very good and the price is reasonable. LLeeny5252Sorry to say that it’s my 1st time giving a negative review in my more than 40 years of travel. I have stayed in Jinjiang many times. I am very disappointed that this particular Jinjiang is lacking in service , giving my husband and I a not too good experience. Breakfast is also a disappointment. Toilet was not well cleaned leading to smell of urine. I used my disinfectant spray to get rid of the smell. During the 2 days stay, our coming and going out of the hotel was never greeted by staff. They are either busy looking at something or mobile phone. No one lifted their heads to at least smile. I have been in China since 22/10/24, all hotels staff either said “ni hai” or greet us with a smile. The only smile and greeting I get was from Ms Zhang on 4/11/24 morning when I checked out. She was kind enough to help us book a taxi. Please convey our thanks to her.
