Dapat kamar diujung dekat ke kolamr, tambah 1 extrabed bs untuk 5 org superior room, masukan saja pd saat sarapan pagi jgn sampe menunya habis dl bari di refil, untuk rasa relatif enak

Pemandangannya bagus, hotelnya bagus. Namun AC di luar sangat berisik karena dipasang di dinding kamar. Balkon juga perlu dibersihkan dua kali, terlalu banyak debu

Resor ini belum sepenuhnya siap dan masih ada pekerjaan yang sedang berjalan di sekitar resor. Kolam renangnya berdebu karena ada pekerjaan yang sedang berjalan tepat di depan kolam. Saya benar-benar tidak mengerti bagaimana manajemen dapat beroperasi ketika jelas-jelas ada masalah keselamatan dan kebersihan. Bising sepanjang hari karena pekerjaan yang sedang berlangsung. Apa pun yang Anda lihat di Instagram mereka benar-benar merupakan gambaran ekspektasi vs kenyataan. Kami memesan 3 item makanan dari menu hotel melalui layanan kamar dan 30 menit kemudian kami mendapat telepon pertama dari restoran yang mengatakan salah satu makanan tidak tersedia. Jadi kami mengubahnya ke sesuatu yang lain. 1 jam kemudian kami menerima panggilan kedua dari restoran yang mengatakan 2 makanan lainnya juga tidak tersedia. Jadi kami memutuskan untuk membatalkan pesanan karena sebagian besar makanan tidak tersedia. Sungguh konyol bagaimana mereka tidak dapat memberi tahu kami bahwa sebagian besar makanan tidak tersedia ketika mereka menelepon kami untuk pertama kalinya. Staf sangat sopan tetapi hotel membutuhkan manajemen yang lebih baik dan jujurlah tentang pekerjaan yang sedang berlangsung. Resor ini baru setengah siap. Aku tidak bercanda, sungguh. Suatu hari kedua, kami berangkat lebih awal jam 4 pagi dan meminta kamar bersih. Ketika kami kembali pada jam 5 sore, kamarnya tidak bersih dan staf hanya datang sekitar jam 530 sore untuk menanyakan apakah kami membutuhkan kamar yang bersih. Saya telah mengunjungi banyak hotel dan semua kamar seharusnya bersih di pagi hari, bukan saat hampir malam! Itu sangat konyol. Harap tinggal hanya jika sudah sepenuhnya siap.
