Complementary breakfast is average. Should have more variety. Bread butter breakfast had hardly any butter. Poor quality. Needs to improve.

The room was clean. The food was good as well. The staff behaviour was great. Overall the stay was fantastic. I would definately recommend tge hotel to other travellers as well.

Facilities were average. Toilet needs repair. We changed the 1st room alotted. The toilet in the next room was also not very good. But staff behaviour is very good. They are helpful. Location convenient. But parking car is a problem. Our room option was with free breakfast but options were very limited. But this hotel is quite clean and value for money.

Property location is good, food - vegetables food preparation was good, amenities - there is not such any amenities. But hotel is well furnished, electric cattle was not working to boil the water for self tea making at room. Land phone was not working to call room service or other. Hotel is taking charge of gst on the each food & drinking mineral water bottles, tea, meals, breakfast. Service - service is very good. Behavior of staffs are good, staff name mathur's behavior is very good. There was at toto driver at purulia station, name tushar is good boy. Food - non veg food was not fresh & not good but veg food was good.

The staff was very good except a person named chakraborty babu, donot believe what he says. The food and room service at the hotel is great and price is also very affordable
