Don't waste your money by selecting this hotel, no cleanliness, bedding has stains all over, even after requesting for changing the bedsheet,again there were stains on pillow covers and bedsheet as well. Evening tea which we ordered was not drinkable,tasted like they just reboiled already prepared tea , on complaining regarding this they started arguing. In short you can opt for better hotels if you are paying this much high amount

The Hotel was impeccably clean and well appointed. service, cleanliness and behaviour of staff is all very good. Everyone was very helpful. the pool is neat and clean. beach is easily accessible. However, the only negative is the food. the food is extremely costly and the taste is not good. compared to price, food is not tasty at all. the pricing is absurd and with a motive of profiteering. One Roti/chapati costs 75/- rupees whereas it is not worth 5/- rupees. similarly rice is 325/-. Even in 5 stars rice is not 325/-. Otherwise everything was good.

Good service, GOOD FOOD, SPACIOUS ROOMS. Staff is very helpful. Variety of good options. Staff goes beyond to help you. Access to beach nearby. Walking distance. Bath room needs an upgrade. Pool well mainitained. But boundaries needs cleaning.

Neat and clean with basic amenities. NOT a luxury hotel ,but definitely comfortable. Quite close to the Beach ,The Temple and The Market . Has kettle ,tea supplies ,hair drier .You won't find an Iron although. Also has a clean and we'll maintained swimming pool. Being close to the Sea ,the view is fantastic .

This place has detonated like anything in the last few years may be. Not the Coco Palm which made one feel out of the world. There was a time when this was one of the best place to stay at. In fact my nephew wedding was held not long back and was an awesome destination wedding. Cut to 2024. The staff are the same. Gautam at his best, Rajendra keeps everything in place, Kashi and Upendra serve you in a way in the resturant and make you feel special. Then what's changed? Something which may be the staff aren't capable of improving. The doors are rusty, toilet flush doesn't work, Ac doesn't cool inspite of making so much noise. Only excellent staff won't be able to give a good experience during stay. The food quality is being compromised. Basically everything except staff Hospitality and behaviour, have detonated. Was my favourite place to stay in Puri for years now. High time need to find a new one. Won't miss anything except the staff.

Had a wonderful stay and the staff was very attentive. One visiting puri should try and stay here. Yes the price is high but it will be worth spending. The pool is icing on the cake of the property. I felt peace staying here. All the staff in the restaurant, housekeeping, front desk, the guard on gate, the life guard everyone was so attentive

This is a totally overpriced property and not justifies its price at 1 % I will never come this place again we felt that our money has gone disappointed with the property amd food was terribly expensive and also bad in taste amd very ordinary. Suggesting that please not come in this property I am very much dissatisfied

We have previously stayed here.but this time experience was not so pleasant.there was no wifi service the excuse being no staff present on Sunday for fixing the problem.they charged for kids food without mentioning.they sent almost 4 packets yippee made for a kid and it was wasted and we didn’t know we had to pay for it.there was no staff at front desk to coordinate to put luggage in vehicle .this is not expected from hand coco palms wen u pay 15k per night to stay there.hope u people take the reviews positively

Was there recently for 2 nights. Very overpriced, rooms are really average, location is excellent, the staff at the front desk is really unhelpful, staff in general is courteous, food is quite ordinary. Overall for the price they charged the experience was sub standard. Avoid staying here.
