We had a terrible experience as we reached this Hotel. They confirmed 2 nos. Rooms for us, however never revealed the deal completely. They held us for more than a hour to confirm payment terms & finally said that without full payment in advance, they don't allow us to stay. We appreciate their terms & conditions, however they should tell us all these in the beginning without make us waiting. Most importantly, the person at the Reception extended too much dis-respect to us as such we stood like beggars at their premise. We will not recommend about this Hotel to anyone in our circle for sure.... as we believe that in hospitality business, relationship with the Customers, Respecting them & Value them are the key factors of success. It appears that these guys have reached the height of complacency from where the business starts descending. Apparently no training is given to the people who are directly facing customers & as a result, they are doing such ill behaviour to the customers.
