Location is excellent. It is near to niladri beach. Food is very poor. Amenities are good. Rooms are clean.

The room condition was good but the air conditioner remote was not provided which made us uncomfortable while sleeping since the ac was set to minimum temperature and later we turned off. So i stayed in an ac deluxe room without actually having the ac.

Stay was some what ok, team was responsive but the main problem was about hygiene there was a foul smell in the entire room. Gyeser was not functioning(it did not function till the checkout time) and biggest problem was with bathroom. It was not at all clean and there were stains, slimes and all sort of foul odors prevailing everywhere. I am doubtful if routine maintenance is being done. Though team tried to act on the issue. It was appearing to be a mere lipservice. Further i am doubtful on the blanket cleanlineness as well. Further one request to the management. If someone is requesting to relax the check out time by sometime(i. E 30 min) and if you have provisions to accommodate the same. The same can be handled in a much more tactful way. I would suggest you to opt for this stay, only if you are making a last minute choice and woefully you are not left with many.

True value for money, excellent ambience, food quality and staff behavior is also good. Outstanding, awesome, good hotel to stay just opposite of the sea. Nice rooms|management staff reception staff is good|they are so nice|housekeeping is good. So nice staff|very good location and so beautiful, good staff and helping person.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Property location is nearby sea beach which is maintained very neat and clean but less crowded as compared to puri beach. Food service is good. Ameneties is average
