PP Palace

We came to know about the hotel from internet. The stay was good, location of the hotel is very good, near to temple and beach, rooms were spacious with well ventilation. The restaurant food was good.

Behaviour of hotel staff is not what we expect in hospitality industry. Daily housekeeping needs a big push and is totally wanting. Location is is ok. Overall, I would not suggest this hotel if you have other choices. We reached this hotel at 4 AM, which obviously is well before the official check in time of 8 AM. We were denied check in and asked to come back at 8 AM. They suggested is to visit beach and come back at 8. Till this point I hold no grudge for the hotel as their property may have been full and they could not accomodate early check in. Now, when we reported back from the beach we were wet and sandy. We got a room now and we freshened up. But the room got a bit sandy and wet because of our beach adventure. We requested the hotel to clean it up but they never did it. Now, this part is totally disappointing. To understand the cleanliness and professionalism of this hotel, I have attached the photo of dirty plates kept just outside our room(mind you this was not ours. was there before we checked in and was lying there for 6-7 hours).I will now leave it to you to decide whether you want to ruin your vacation for trying to save a couple of bucks by going for this hotel. Doesn't seem to be a profitable proposition considering my bad experience.

Receptionist is good. Staff was okay. Bedsheets were not pristine. Wall of room was dirty, looked like gutka spit. Bathroom tap was leaky. Food is okay. Average experience overall. Street is very crowded.

Location of hotel was very good but some services like bedsheet and blanket were very dirty. Cleanliness of room and washroom were very good. Overall services were good but you should take care of the cleanliness of bedsheets and blankets.

Good was good but the service was terrible. No proper cleaning of room. Bedsheets were dirty. Pillows are dirty. Bathrooms were not cleaned

Hotel p p palace location: balisahi, swargadwar road rooms: excellent condition rooms food: not availed amenities: excellent safety & hygiene: very good staff: co-operative & helpful i stayed with my 1. 5 yr baby and they arranged milk for baby food. Thank you makemytrip & hotel staff.

Hotelier is asking for extra charges for 1 extra person, for which i've already paid 750- extra during my booking through mmt. They are again asking 300- per day for just the mattress, no extra bed will be provided. This is such a pathetic service recieved from the hotel and mm t is also not taking the responsibility. We have all the senior citizens and sleeping on the floor after paying a hefty amount is not justified

Pros - my room no was 133. the *** sitting in the reception was a thorough gentleman. He knew to deal with the customers. He is too decent and a wonderful ***, helpful also. The location is very good. My room was a super deluxe ac room. It was a spacious and a nice room with a good working ac. Cons- the room had a small closet but it didn't have shelves. The closet was occupied only with the blankets. No space to keep clothes. No proper furniture was provided. Toiletries were not provided even electric kettle, tea bags, milk pouch nothing was provided. So rustic mentality. Only money earning game nothing else. The sweeper who came to clean the room was very rude, he didn't even change the bedsheet nor did he clean the wash room and i had to ask for a pouch of shampoo and a small soap. He was unwilling to give and was not ready to listen. While checking out early in the morning at 5. 00 am no one was visible. I had to come down from the 3rd floor ***** with my heavy luggage as the lift was kept off. All the attendants were hiding inside a room on the 3rd floor and sleeping. Anyhow a boy came down from the 3rd floor and behaved as if we were the servants. There was no room service. No one even came to ask for our requirements, moreover the intercom was not working properly. Poor maintenance. Hotel management must train the servants. I stayed from 10/6/24 to 12/6/24. I won't recommend anyone to book this hotel. There is a restaurant in the ground floor, infested with one thousand flies. Food quality is worst, unhygienic and dirty, exorbitant price and nothing else. You eat there and fall sick. This is an honest review.

It was nice experience to stay in pp palace. Very supporting staff and location is also very close to temple as well as beach. Only one suggestion don't book any taxi for sites visit without checking cars.
