Hotel Golden Palace

This hotel where I had stayed with family from 18/06/25 to 20/06/25 has been shocking experience, i had booked the hotel with advance contacting Shomik Pal , 3rooms with complimentary breakfast, but on arrival they charged from buffet breakfast and said they don't provide buffet breakfast on the first day, where as the breakfast was complimentary for each day, there is a nexus of fraudulent activity by Shomik Pal, booking manager and front desk receptionist S.Jana who tries to push wrong food bill deliberately, be carefu to this part, i've been cheated by their booking person Shomik Pal who had said booking is with complimentary breakfast but did not provide the same, moreover they have charged per room charges higher than the previous booked price, full team of liars, front desk person S. Jana is also I'll behaved person, the discount on booking was not provided, makes faces to women boarders and we have chased him for misbehaving, beware of such fraud hotel I'll not say the hotel property is bad but the booking team and front desk will try to dupe you in price and behaviour. It's a nexus of fraud persons namely Shomik Pal who runs the nexus. Also rooms run without power for hours, rooms are not maintained, water leakage, AC s are kept off, Wifi do not work, very very poor signal in rooms, water supply to room stops now and then, room lockers are not working, bed sheets are stained, broken locks, and on contacting the front desk and shomik Pal, they will ignore these and says do whatever complain you can, we are not service providers, contact GM of the hotel if you want. Such behaviours are ridiculous. Pls.avoid this hotel, very high price but service is street standard. Careless attitude every time.

The hotel maintenance was terrible. Dirty swimming pool, stinking corridors and inefficient staff. Only plus is hotel location.

Beach View was remarkable , Easy Connectivity to Temple & Stands. Cost is on higher side with respect to services.
