Excellent service in the restaurant and outstanding welcome in the reception with full information about opening time. Team was goring above and beyond to assist out big booking to stay close to each other. Restaurant ladies provided brilliant service. Definitely will be back

Nice and clean room but worse WiFi connection so kids were disappointed. Other than that everything was fine. Good parking excellent location and very nice and clean hotel. If they can invest in a better WiFi it would be excellent. Reception was very courteous and welcoming

Staff were amazing, very polite, helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was fantastic and a great price, it was all you can eat buffet style and kids ate for free. Excellent price for the room as well. Car park was only £7 for 24 hrs. Hotel is located right by a huge shopping centre too.

Absolutely amazing stop on our way. We came last weekend afternoon. Kids was tired, but been greated with treats at the reception. Lovely lady offered sweets. All the tiredness was disappeared 😅 we was checked in very smooth, room was very good size,clean and fresh.beds was very comfy. We had a breakfast in the morning,it was delicious with plenty of choice. The car park on site huge,close by retail park. It was lovely service in this hotel. Definitely will be back

Disappointed, we stay at Premier Inns regularly and this was by far our least favourite. Check in had no staff so went through the automatic check-in which was long due to only one of three machines working and no staff in site. The room was alright, as the hotel was busy with families it was noisy. Bathroom could have done with a bit of a better scrub. Breakfast was a mess, not enough staff on, continental items tasted dry and like they had been out a long time. Bacon tasted like it had been deep fried in old oil, really disappointing as we choose Premier as we like the breakfast. Having stayed in Lowestoft at their Premier Inn just a week later the experience was far superior.

Absolutely profesional staff,so wide information been given on my arrival .the car park facilities very big,room clean and big,bed very comfortable. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast with lots of choice. Eat dinner in evening the staff very attentive.
