Service was horrible should’ve known before we arrived it would be a disaster tried calling resort to schedule pick up and drop off in advance to and from the airport no one answers and when you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you to so many other lines then hang up. I had specific directions in my booking for birthday cake and decorations our room had nothing. We couldn’t book the restaurant because it was full and it was no other option for us other than to go to the buffets each day. Teresa said she would accommodate us for the inconvenience well guess what she didn’t. This place is a joke. Concierge was the same we call for different problems they don’t answer when I walk over they still take hours to send service to our room for water issues and mini bar refilled. Front desk have attitude. Needs more staff and work on customer service skills.

Our kids had a blast (ages: 9,4,1)! They enjoyed the fun activities which were plentiful. The service was fair. There were instances when my husband and I felt insignificant which was unsettling but we suffered through it for the sakes of our children. The food was good. My favorite restaurant was the Asian restaurant Wok Wok and Artisan Burger. Overall, if you want to make sure the kids have a blast then this is the right resort for you.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Very poor customer service, food was horrible, our room was never cleaned we had to call every time, restaurants were empty inside and huge lines outside because they did not have enough staff to help with a lot of people inside, a lot of construction going on, rooms were not decorated with any theme, shows for the kids were not good at all. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Not exactly a 5 star hotel but deserves a 5 star review for its many restaurants with delicious food, many activities for kids, extremely friendly and helpful staff and beautiful and very clean rooms

The food was great. The whole property is under construction. They have projects by the main dining area, by the water park and by the beach and main pool so there is nowhere to escape it. My room smelled like trash the whole time. We had to have the windows open at all times which can get very hot. I stayed in one of the more expensive rooms on property, and I could not book a single excursion with their 3rd party provider. They were either never at their desk or sold out. Also the water park is not part of the main property, so you had to take transportation to get to it. However the transportation was not consistent so we ended up having to walk there most of the time, which is not fun in the hot sun.

Staff was great, hotel was awesome, didn’t like the food and room service was absolutely terrible

I wanted to take my son to the water park thats why I chose nickelodeon. First there were no electricity when we got there, no air conditioning, no water, no lights. the room wasnt ready until 4. The air conditioning in our room had a loud noise, the bathroom was dirty. The Buffett was the worst we’ve ever had. The table were sticky, some of the chairs broken, avoid this place! We left the hotel early and went ro Hyatt Ziva that also has a water park. And it was amazing!! Perfect.

My family of 5 went to this property in March, 2023, so I was shocked to see the terrible reviews as it had been our family’s favourite trip ever. We loved it so much we booked again for March 2024. The resort has nosedived. The buffet is barely edible. The dairy free options available last year simply don’t exist anymore. Our favourite restaurant, Zest, is closed. The shower gets warm at best. 2 hour wait for restaurants. The nightly shows were replaced with “episode viewings” - reruns. The water park and beach are fine but everything else was disappointing compared to last year. Will never go back.

Food wasn’t the greatest! During the day plenty to do, at night nothing to do. If you have an 8pm dinner you miss the only night show activity.

It was good, not amazing. Hard to see the characters as they only appear once or twice a day, activities for kids are limited, not many things to do for kids tbh. Food was ok but not the best, they say they have 9 restaurants but in the reality there is only like 3-4 opens at night. They are very small and hard to get into. Everything closes at 5 pm and the sun goes down at 6:30, doesn’t make any sense..

I really enjoyed staying at Nickelodeon. My kids loved it. There was a sales group that approached us trying ti sell us a package like time share. Where we wasted an entire morning. But they gave us the slime shower which we loved it. We made great memories.

There were very nice staff at this resort, and some unpleasant staff. I experienced some issues with my room that was never resolved during a stay. Lack of hot water, and two areas in the bathroom where the ceiling had fallen down for whatever reason. Leaking water whenever the tub or shower was on which drained from the bathroom to the doorway. I asked to speak to manager, which never happened during my stay. Otherwise, my son enjoyed his trip for celebrate his birthday.

It was my second time attending, food was mediocre compared to the first time. I ordered a birthday package for my daughter’s 5th bday, they messed up the room decorations, they did the room next door to ours.. the experience for my daughter was ruined.
