Recently stayed at this beautiful and peaceful property in the heart of the Pune City. Located at the FC Road this Property is equidistant from all the tourist spots in Pune. The staff is generous and helpful and the rooms are super luxurious and spacious. You will definitely fall in love with their in house restaurant The Patio where you can enjoy droolworthy breakfast, Or you can even go for in room dining services. They even have a small shop inside the property where you can do some shopping. Whether you are visiting with your family or you are on a business trip this property is perfect for your stay. So next time you are in Pune do plan your stay here.

Excellent rooms, great clean housekeeping and extremely good people across the property. I would request hotel to provide cold chilled water instead of the room temperature one and lot softer towels for bath.

Lovely boutique hotel nestled in the heart of pune. Quiet and peaceful despite being in a busy area. Older but well-maintained rooms. Recent renovation to bathrooms. Breakfast spread is tasty and staff are welcoming and professional.

However, my recent stay was quite disappointing. We had explicitly informed the hotel via email well in advance of our arrival that we would need the beds separated upon check-in. Considering our early morning arrival at 5 AM, this was a crucial request to ensure a restful start to our trip. Unfortunately, upon check-in, we had to wait for an extended period for this simple request to be fulfilled. This unnecessary delay significantly impacted our initial experience and left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Apart from that the sheets were a bit old and also found a hair underneath the sheets. Although as usual, Mr. Vaibhav at the desk was very kind and welcoming, and got it arranged for us. We appreciate breakfast options as well as room decor and hygiene.

Great friendly, helpful staff
I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request.

Hotel is under renovation. In room there is no hot water supply. Breakfast there is only 04 option available. Door locks are broken price variation, i discussed with other members average cost is 4500- make my trip taking the advantage of urgent booking. I will not use the app immediately after that.

I recently stayed at your hotel for 2 nights, made my booking through MMT which was almost 7000. I was charged a rate equivalent to a 4 to 5 star property, I felt it wasn't worth that much after staying for couple of nights, very few amenities, breakfast wasn't that great. However the next day the desk staffs were great they moved me to a nicer and huge room, compared to a smaller room I was in for the first day. Mr. Vaibhav had helped me with my food too. Basically, apart from the welcoming staff at the desk, it was an average stay. Location was fab, service was nice, needs improvement in breakfast options.
