Firstly this was a great place to stay earlier but days passed they have compromised on infrastructure , services , SOP and finally the customer handling. I was offered to change my room multiple times. The AC ducts on their 12 floor rooms get a loads of vibration and hence I had to make a video of the same at 1:00am then they took sweet time of 1 hr to analyse later they turned off the respective AC. Next day : they have only 5 iron boxes on the entire hotel and one of them which I had to struggle on phone for 1 hr was not working at all. Since my stay was for longer duration I had to use laundry. They take ur signature while receiving clothes but not at the time of delivery so one of my laundry delivery gave me a surprise of Logo on t shirt melted . They did not even care to address it they just kept it as a surprise for me. Later the next day T-shirt and brief was given for laundry the next day evening I heard a bell ring in my room since I was occupied in resting I couldn’t attend , then they marked it as laundry received. Now I have lost the last laundry T Shirt and Undergarment. Other challenges u would face 1) Toilet Faucet lacks pressure 2) Torn Blankets 3) Juice dispenser in their restaurant has chrome paint chipped on the tap area(Which might chip and enter with juice again) 4) Lethargic staff - Don’t even care to fill water while having food For any complaint if u raise ur voice even a bit due to impatient mind it they will disconnect your call. Think twice one prepared to experience all this
