Nearby to Railway station ,bus stand ,good service,nice location ,breakfast food was also good,polite behaviour of staff.

Not up to the mark The rooms are not maintained properly. They are too costly for the small size offered. We booked a super deluxe room, but it still felt small. The only major positive is the location — it’s very close to Pune Railway Station (around 5 minutes’ walking distance). Breakfast quality is average to good, but overall, the cost charged for a night is a bit high compared to what you get.

Apart from location advantage and staff behaviour nothing good about the hotel, Bad rooms which are ages old, bad wifi, bad food are some highlights. Also do not book cab/taxi from their agent "kushi travels" some guy name shukla, they are frauds and will literally steal your money, will not deliver on promise. All in all not recommended at all.

Budget friendly, comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Took 2 rooms with 3 beds and a mattress which one room accommodated quite spaciously while the other one was a little congested but overall amenities were good. Also the hotel is located in a peaceful and beautiful surrounding and they provided Jain breakfast on request. Highly recommended!!

The property shows significant signs of age and requires maintenance. The room exhibited considerable wear and tear, and several fixtures, including bathroom doors, furniture, and the geyser, were broken or outdated. Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited, lacking essential items like eggs and a live cooking station, and the inclusion of hakka noodles was an unusual choice."

Stay at hotel shivam is excellent, i stayed there for 2 night and three days with my parents, service, location, cleaniness, staff behaviour, breakfast, rooms, amenities are awesome. Will definitely stay at hotel shivam whenever i visit pune.

Its just 5 mins walking distance from Pune station, the location and surrounding is good. The room is a bit small and the service is average. Room itself is very average. Staff is cooperative. But as per the price, it could have been better. We reached almost 7-8 hours late than the check in time, but when we requested to allow 1-2 hours of late check out since our train was late and had aged mom with me, they denied despite most of the rooms being vacant. Not a worthy stay

The room was good. We didn't get immediate check in though. The manager provided alternate room for changing our dresses.

Shivam hotel is no doubt good hotel for staying. Rooms are neat and clean. The behaviour of staff member is vey well. Over and above the pune railway station is 3 minutes walking distance.

The stay was ok. Location is excellent. Early checkin available. Reception staff is polite. Cleanliness needs improvement. No electric kettle or mini-fridge in the super deluxe room though mentioned in mmt room details. Ground floor rooms are a bit cramped.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was within walking distance from pune station and shaniwar wada is also close. Many other prominent places are within 15-20 mins of driving distance from hotel
