Royal Orchid Golden Suites Pune

I have to stay at this property as part of work related travel requirement. The property is very old and all the amenities and fixtures are outdated. The staff keeps saying no for almost anything you would ask for. Food options for buffet are very limited and nothing fancy about it. Repeated offerings for appetizers and no starters as a part of dinner buffet. Staff keeps denying everything with a smile on their faces. Low quality and outdated bathroom fixtures like taps, shower head, exhaust. There are no full length mirrors in the so called 'suites'. Nothing royal about the property as well. I would recommend spending similar money on a branded business hotel from a renowned chain like ihg,accor,ihcl etc. The property is in need of major refurbishment. It doesn't seem like the management is interested in understanding the need of guests, i highly doubts that they conduct regular audits and work on them. Mostly my time is wasted on getting things fixed on every stay, it feels like i come here to get their property repaired. They do provide a smart tv in the room, however there's no tv remote, so you cant use the smart features. How smart is is that?

I had a pleasant stay at the royal orchid hotel, The room was decent in size with nice view and good option in minibars the food was excellent, good option in breakfast in restaurant adding to the value of money. Thanks to entire royal orchid Golden Suites team.

Amazing stay professional staff the good part about the hotel is it's like a home stay where u have all the facilities in the room housekeeping department are really kind front office department are professional fnp department are very interactive
