All expiry products were kept inside the hotels. Few electric plug points were not working. Few lights were switching on n off.

worst food quality. Never try especially 'Chole-Kulcha'. They never said what kind of food you are serving n all. They mention only Chole kulcha as per the name we think its delhi style but server didn't told us they are not serving like this. horrible experience.

The rooms and hotel staff were good. Room looked bigger in pictures than in real. Hospitality was good except for that one incident where my friend had extreme pain in abdomen and we asked for some kind of pain relieving sprays or medicines and they asked us to 'blinkit' it. Breakfast was good, they kept in consideration the choices of everyone and even jain food was available. But the watter bottles kept in the restaurant looked like they haven't been washed in ages. The caps had fungus deposited in the corners. It was filthy. . Rest everything was great.

Very clean and tidy rooms, they clean and replace towels and other cosmetic products on daily basis, and complimentary breakfast was good and in total i loved my stay.

Deluxe room was very small and water heating system is not proper. They asked us to keep the tap on for 25 mins. Forget the amount of time we have to wait but the amount of water that’s getting wasted due to this is unimaginable, and the fact that hotel staff is suggesting this is absurd. Rest all was okay.
