Good location nr to pune rely station & ruby hall metro station. In heart of city. Rooms are good with good services. Food are good with reasonable cost.

Very poor, the hotel guys not at all accommodating, even the buffet which included my breakfast is charged as the said item available in the buffet menu. I have to remind the hotel guys multiple times for basic amenities like mug and bucket, not good experience at all.

The hotel is nice, clean, good location, and staff is very co-operative. Conveyance is available to all locations. Breakfast is very good.

Cockroaches roaming in the room, towels are old and hard. Prime location but substandard hotel. Power went off and nobody bothered to rectify it whole night.

I am a regular traveller and have been staying at kapila from couple of years, but from last few times i am always facing issues like ac not working, hygiene issue in washroom etc. Earlier i could rate them 8 or 9 on 10. But now i can rate them just 3 or 4. Really disappointed the way they are failing to maintain their property.

The hotel told me they haven't received my booking and asked me to take it up with make my trip. After my prolonged discussion with mm t and mmt's prolonged discussion with hotel, they mutually decided that they will let me check in. All this was happening at 1:30 am, and took around half hour. Prior to this i had modified my booking from 2 adults to a single person, mm t sent me a revised bill, but failed to refund the extra amount. On taking it up with their customer care they simply said, your booking was non refundable. Considering a legal action against mm t for this ordeal

Best hotel to stay with Family. Location also too good, near to Pune Railway station and metro station also walkable distance. Good eatery shop's near by.

The hotel is in the centre from where one can commute to any part of Pune or upcountry.Rooms are spacious and clean . I really like the place .

Overall great hotel pros: ambience, parking, rooms are spacious, house keeping and service staff is good, good area, cons: bathroom is compact, water available but not chilled, for chilled you have to pay, fridge are smalls and useless, veg and non veg both hotels there, should be separate vegetarian restaurant seperately.

Breakfast is great but rooms are not as per expectations and if you ask something extra room service manager directly denied in 2 bed room they adjusted 3 people.
