Hotel Centurion Inn

In wash room shower not working now water after 7. 00 am from the morning till 9. 00am. Not hot water due to maintenance issues. Water stopped in-between the bathing, when i asked for the same, receptionist said i ll send someone to check which made me more anger. Rooms are with so bad smell and no room freshner. We forced to stay there because of full payment made.

Food and location is very good. Room ambient should improve further, not worth for money. Located near shivaji nagar bus stand.

Good location, peaceful l environment, cooperative staff and specious rooms. Easy to find and food quality is good

Room is in worst condition, lot of smell in room even after changing room, room condition is also not good. Max. Price of the room should not be more then inr 1500.

Property is good and there lots of places to explore nearby. Variety's of food and clothing brands are available.

All good but wash room was not good due to water flush. Room maintenance must be required. Improve breakfast add some more items and juices. Rest is good.

I spent two nights here and it was a terrible nightmare staying here. The facilities and service of this hotel make a 500 rupees dingy lodge look much better. Here are some of the ordeals me and my family had to go through. I had initially paid for 3 nights but decided to checkout after 2, so you can understand how frustrating my experience was. 1) fan didn't have regulator. It was constant at speed of 5 2) door didn't have a lock. We had to ask the reception each time to open the door for us 3) curtains were stick-ed using velcro which i didn't know. When i tried to open the curtains, the entire set up fell on me 4) bathroom and basin were clogged. 5) the pressure of water coming out of jet spray was equivalent to the ones we wash our car with. I am not sure what was their intention behind keeping the water pressure this high. 6) intercom was not working. We had to come down 3 floors every-time there was a complaint. And i had a complain every 10 minutes owing to so many issues, they made me shift 4-5 rooms within their property. Each time we had to carry our own luggage because the staff was equally pathetic. Avoid this property at all costs.

Bathroom doors are not proper and has no lock. Toilet was not clean very bad experience basin cock was improperly aligned
