Such a beautiful place, me n my friends attended holi event, what place, what service, staff was very polite, love the place, love the environment, overall experience was amazing, it's a huge property, so many things are there to explore, everyone should to visit this beautiful place ✨

We booked the Sapphire Tent with family. The property is extremely large and has great potential, but it requires better maintenance. Unfortunately, we had a few unpleasant experiences — we saw a mouse running in our room, which was terrible. The staff did change our room immediately, but in the new room, one of the beds broke while we were lying on it. The floor also looked clean but felt sticky at times, which wasn’t very comfortable. It also seemed like they were short-staffed, which affected the service quality. Overall, if the property is properly maintained, with timely repairs and regular upkeep, it can truly be a wonderful place to stay.

It’s was a great place to hang out. the service is good. The reception service is good @ Ishika. The play park is also good to walk around

Fantastic stay with nice food and prompt service. Enjoyable trip. Recommend to everyone !! Please spend more tome for adventure sports and facilities to be used over gere. All over server was excellent i was stayed in swiss challet rooms was great with all amenities cleaning is excellent i would like to recommend to please come ones and visit and there staff is so polite and humble helpful i would like to say thanks to Team Housekeeping and Reception they are very friendly and polite and helpful specially thanks To Sunil Ji Vijay Ji Abhishek and Tanu mam and one suggestion kindly improve in buggy service

The property is huge and buggy service is available. but most of them were not working. So wait for the buggy was quite long on most occasions. The Sapphire room was clean but the tap water was yellow and smelled of acid. The swimming pool area is nice and open but the change / washrooms are dirty. There was no lifeguard around, no sun beds / chairs. Most staff are new so they don't know much. They need more and well trained staff. Proper directions are not there so sometimes finding a place can be a bit of a challenge. The adventure park is nice but very limited activities for younger children under 15 yrs or under 50 kg. The restaurant inside the adventure park - Shivalingam has good food and quite reasonable. The hilltop restaurant was a bit expensive. It had live music on Sat night. The buffet breakfast is in restaurant and had a decent spread of mostly veg dishes. But the feed wasn't being kept warm. It was warm when replenished but would go cold in some time. There is a turf but it is chargeable for inhouse guests. There is an open area where kids could play but it isn't maintained. There is no intercom facility and we had to keep calling the reception on a mobile number which was busy many times. There is a temple too. It was raining and there was greenery around but we dont really feel like being in the midst of nature as you can see sky scrapers on the other side. All in all, its a decent stay for a weekend but needs a lot more to be done for a 2nd visit. My 6 yr old child was charged adult fare :-(
