Hotel McCoy - Art, Coffee, Beer, Wine ★★★★

"Booked for my sister. No special feedback. It should be ok. Dogs can be brought. By the way, she compared the price with other platforms, xc is more cost-effective. Nowadays, more and more hotels can be booked overseas, which are quite good. Didn’t take any photos, pictures and text don’t match"

"To be honest, the pics I saw on Trip.com led me to believe I was booking at your basic roadside hotel. And, sure I really had no problem with that since I was coming out for the WSU orientation with my son, and just needed a place to rest up and have a place for our luggage. For some reason Trip.com had it listed at a lower rating, and I figured I was getting the great rate because of it. No problem there, either. I actually booked about 2-3 months out as well, which helped with the rate. But....... after a crazy 8+ hr drive there in 88 degree weather, Cougar Town was an Oasis at the end of a Mirage! Right in the heart of Coug-ville! Couldn't have been in a better location. Everything in walking distance, the town was amazing. The Inn Keepers were nice and helpful. I felt like I was at my "Little Home Away From Home!" The posted pics did no justice for what we found as we open the door. Hands down the BEST small hotel I have ever been. Definitely a Woman's eye for comfy-ness, with a color scheme that says Home to this Man's eye. Nice linens, something you would see in a catalog. Widescreen TV, roomy fridge and microwave. Spacious Vanity, sink space. Clean bathroom as well. IF you are planning to stay awhile, there is plenty of room to unpack your clothes and store them in the large dresser in the room. I really liked the electronic key entry. The ONLY con that I can report, is the shower head was not the best, and was skint with the water pressure. But, I get it though, I am sure the water bill can get crazy owning a hotel, so I can give a pass on that point. I am planning to come back mid-August for student drop-off and I will definitely be staying at COUGAR TOWN! Going to book my room now! Thank you for memorable stay! GH"

"There was no food. I had to request an extension cord because I use a CPAP machine..Plug-in was behind the bed. Tub/shower did not have any grab-bars and shower sprayed in all directions. The floor got wet. Lady's accent was difficult to understand."

"Very clean and good size."

Residence Inn Pullman ★★★

"Hello, I’m disputing an additional charge from my recent Residence Inn Pullman reservation. My Trip.com booking confirmation shows that I paid a total of $293.71. However, the hotel’s final invoice shows $320.00, which is $26.29 more than the amount I paid through Trip.com. I did not authorize any additional charges. Please review my reservation and explain why the hotel charged more than the confirmed Trip.com price. If the additional $26.29 was charged incorrectly, I am requesting that it be refunded. I can provide both my Trip.com confirmation and the hotel’s final invoice."
