Really nice view resort.

Good service

Very bad hotel. One staff member at the front desk was ok but the rest of the staff were untrained. I guess the hotel has been sold to new owners and is being run terribly. Good location but the rooms are terrible, extremely dirty, spider webs everywhere, blood and brown stains all over the towels and sheets. The food is also terrible, the breakfast is a joke. Such a beautiful venue run by incompetent management. The pool is ok but the edges are dangerously sharp.

The family visited Perhentian Island and stayed at the Sharilela Hotel for 4 days. In the end, they didn't want to leave. The room after the change was relatively clean. The hotel hardware facilities were complete, the environment was particularly good, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and it was very pleasant to enjoy it in the blue sea and blue sky. The service was good, praise 👍🏻

Hygiene is worrying! I felt it was not very clean when I checked in. There was a nest of ants in the kettle, and the toilet was very dirty. I couldn't wait for the waiter, so I had to clean it myself. I stayed for three days and there was no cleaning. The breakfast was relatively monotonous. It was filling but the taste was very average. It was the worst meal in the whole trip. The location was OK, and you could see the beautiful sunset, which was the biggest and only highlight. Overall, it is not recommended

Good location of the hotel but the cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. A smell of humidity is added to this. Hot water didn't work and no wifi in the room. What a shame that this place is abandoned when there could be potential.

Great location with private beach. The hotel opened in 2008, the facilities are acceptable, the surrounding environment is good, you can walk to the long beach, there are small shops nearby

The room is very spacious, a single-family log cabin, the room facilities are relatively old, the toilet door is about to fall off, the quilt and bed sheets are not particularly clean, there will be some ants and mosquitoes on this island. The hotel service is not bad. When you arrive at the hotel, someone will help you take your luggage to the room, and after you check out, you will also help to send your luggage to the pier. There is a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk of the hotel who is very nice. Meals in the hotel restaurant are very cheap, most of which are more than ten ringgits, but the variety of meals is a bit small, and the food is a bit aesthetically fatigued. There are a few cute kittens at the front desk of the hotel, and they have to pet them for a while every day, haha

Great stay for Coral Bay

Not bad, there is a beach below the hotel, and there are not many people on the beach, and there are many fish for snorkeling

Beautiful room

This is one of the best resort I've ever visited. The service is superb n excellent. The front desk ppl were really helpful n friendly. Room was new n well equipped. Facilities are sufficient . The views of sunset from the resort were mesmerizing. Meals were very good n a variety of spread. We even had bbq seafood on our last day of our stay. Lots of water activities can be done there. I would strongly recommend this resort.

Food it’s amazing and staff so friendly, for sure I will come back again.place near jetty view from restaurant it’s wonderful. Place nice with family and friends.beach clean and private good for couple and family to enjoying. Room good aircon 24 hour and have cold and hot water
