Loved this hotel, location, staff, helpful with our bicycles and the outrageously wonderful room with stunning view over the lago Llanquihue and volcano Orsano!

Really nice hotel in a quiet area, but walking distance to the town. Our room was huge with great views of the lake and volcanoes, and parking was easy to find. Breakfast was good as well. Would stay again.

What a beautiful property in a great location. All of the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with excellent English skills. The morning breakfast was delicious!

Super choice when starting in Puerto Varas. It's a walk up a hill from the middle of town, but it's quiet and has views as a result. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are good sized, the a/c works well and the staff are extremely helpful, super people. The breakfast service is perfect. Dinner is available, especially useful if it's raining! We really enjoyed our stay. One note might be to request a room facing the church (west) - there are barking dogs nearby on the other side that are audible at night. Highly recommended!

I love the convenient location so close to downtown Puerto Varas and lake Llanquihue, yet it was quiet and safe.

Check-in was bad, the guy didn’t even assist for help with the luggage. Breakfast was good and housekeeping folks were good.

The front staff lady was amazing at check in and she even spoke great english. Very polite and helpful!

There is limited parking available at the hotel (only street parking).
