Clean & comfortable beds, quiet & great free shuttle to nearest beach, great pool & spacious restaurant area. Good shop at front entrance, hotel is close to bars, cafe & restaurants, you can get a taxi to other parts of coast, 10mins to (Puerto Rico) where you can take lovely boat trips to other islands. Would definitely recommend staying here

We stayed for a week in the adult only side All Inclusive, it was hilarious to see older people getting up early to put towels on sun loungers, even though there were plenty, the sun loungers were comfortable. The pool is salt water and there is a snack bar, but even though we were AI you could only have local drinks! The area is cleaned regularly as were our rooms. The room was okay, although there was no AC in the bedroom which was odd. The shower was powerful and hot, even though we were only there a week our towels were changed on 3 occasions. As others have said the food area is located on the side open to all, and although the food hall was clean, and the staff removed the used plates as soon as you finished it could be a challenge getting a table. The food was good if not a tad repetitive, we ended up eating out of an evening. The location is out of the way, and walking to the beach was a challenge, they do have a free shuttle service you can use. The shopping centre opposite the apartments was noisy at night as were the pissed residents so bring some ear plugs, the walls aren’t that thick!

Would highly recommend you avoid this hotel. We travelled out on the 17th of February with family for a 14 night stay having previously stayed here before I was looking forward to it. On arrival we soon realised the rooms were damp with the bedding wet to touch and clothes were damp after hanging in the wardrobes it was so bad that we were having to hair dry clothes before wearing them. After 6/7 days my daughter picked up a bib from the bedside cabinet in her bedroom and noticed it was covered in mould this prompted her to pull out the cot and look around the room. This is when she realised there was mould all over the headboard, bedside cabinet, a pillow and the walls and floor. They had used the babies cot to hide the majority of this by pushing it against the wall. They seriously endangered the safety of a 6 month old baby. The mould and damp was spread across the bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. After finding this my daughter notified myself and the rest of the family spanning the other two rooms where we found more of the same. The mould was over the walls, ceiling and curtains of both these rooms and one of the rooms the full walls on the outside area were covered in damp and crumbling causing an extreme health and safety issue. There was also flooding in the bathroom coming from under the outside wall which was constantly happening causing a slip risk and we also had no water for 24 hours which meant we couldn't get washed or showered during this time. The windows were full of condensation and allowing water into the rooms through here aswell. During this time the baby began to show signs of being unwell heavy breathing, couching, sickness and diarrhea so we took her to the hospital along with my other daughter who was having breathing difficulties. Both were sent home with medication and told they had to moved to a clean dry apartment which didn't happen. When the mould was first found we went to the reception to be greeted by a lady receptionist who was rude and had no consideration for the damage being caused to our health. She stated she was 'surprised we hadn't taken her to the hospital yet because if it was her child she would've' making out we were at fault instead of the hotel? Had we seen the mould earlier then she wouldve been seen earlier but we assumed she just had picked up something from travelling. She refused to help and basically accused us of lying until we showed her photos of the mould. The tui rep at the hotel was helpful but unable to offer us a new room after promising us she would be able to in a day or two. She offered us compensation of £400 over 3 rooms which was frankly unacceptable. She advised us to wait until we were home to speak with tui but they have been absolutely no help. We had to spend over €70 euros on taxis to and from the hospital as no doctors local will examine children and then we had to buy medication for both the baby and my daughter with tui offering absolutely nothing towards this
