IG Nachosol Premium Apartments by Servatur (Adults Only)

We had the best time everything is spotless rooms we're lovely and views exceptional house keeping up to scratch brilliant staff great location will defo be booking for next year 10/10 me and my fella love this place would highly recommend if you want peace and quite with no disruption this is the place for you

We stayed in the IG Nachosol Premium Apartments the end of April 24. The complex does not have a 24hour reception so our transfer brought us directly to their sister hotel a short taxi ride away, we were quickly checked in and a complementary taxi organized to take us to our apartment. The apartments are very clean and spacious with a large balcony area out front, make sure to book the premium apartments. The kitchen area comes with a fridge/Freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels can be changed every day except Wednesdays and Sundays. Pool Towels can be hired for €10 (refundable) and changed daily for an additional €1. There is a small salt water pool on the roof with plenty of sunbeds. We really loved this spot, sunshine from 8am every morning and a short walk down to the beach. The staff in particular were extremely nice , helpful and happy, Nancy in keeping the place spotless, Nic for maning the reception and I didn't get the name of the man who checked us in originally but all were really great .

Was impressed with the cleanliness of apartments yaizosal. Used hotel once for dinner. It was well presented and delicious Unfortunately I took Ill and went at night to reception to try get a doctor The night receptionist was rude and unhelpful He told me to go back to my room 8 hours later no doctor Called again about doctor and dayshift receptionist was fantastic My gripe is with the night receptionist who was rude, lazy and insolent The night before my husband had forgotten the number to get into complex The same man let him in then demanded 10 euro He got nothing Team were great except for that one team member

We are Here at the moment Apartment is spacious with a very large balcony (pay for the upgrade), 2 sun loungers a table and 2 chairs all very modern. , rooftop pool again all modern loungers and 2 Balinesa four poster beds in back. Views are of the marina and are stunning (see picks), These are self catering apartments your kitchen has 2 rings , toaster, kettle, fridge, Aircon and a large shower/toilet with double his and hers sink/basins, there’s no bar or restaurant but your 10 mins downhill walk to all the biz Puerto Rico has to offer. (Get a taxi back €4) large security door at front and 3/4 reception staff do different shifts so always someone about to ask for anything,there very accommodating especially Jesus (hajuice). The hard working Maids come in every day except Sunday. Fresh towels ect. Also beach towels available @ €10 refundable deposit each and you can change for fresh ones every day if needed. It’s quiet as it’s adult only but we were her for some quite time anyway. I would come back with no hesitation. If for anything ‘ the view ‘and it’s modern and very clean ,

Just back after amazing week apartments are si spacious cleaned every day while we were there breakfast very good only fault was Jacuzzis few people there bad mobility so hard to get in and out really need to consider putting bar in nearer where you get in and out

This was our first time to grand canaria, and going self/catering, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was spotless and our sea-view was incredible! The staff were amazing, including the cleaner who was so lovely. Special mention to Jesus the manager, where nothing was to much trouble for him and helped us with everything we needed. There is a nice shop just a 4 minute walk from the complex, which we bought lots of essentials from. It’s only a short walk into the busy town of Puerto Rico, which had lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Genuinely loved every minute of our stay, and have just booked to go back next year to the exact same apartment complex. I can’t recommend this place enough!
