One of the best hosts we had travelling Asia, he was a legend and very open and honest. We were not at the hotel very often and came and went at very stupid times but they were always accommodating.

Good value for money and breakfast is also delicious. This is a place I visit often.

Location wise very convenient. Just beside the Robinson Place. Service is good, staffs are polite. The AC is not working on our room initially, but the staff immediately transferred us to another room. Cleanliness well maintained. Amenities - Drinking water dispenser available, Water kettle but no coffee or tea. Towel, 3in1 shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided; No toothbrush provided.

We recently spent a few nights here and overall, it was a decent experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, although I did notice that the chairs in our room could use a vacuum, as they had some dark stains. Additionally, the room’s smell could be improved to create a more welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. On the plus side, I absolutely loved the mattress and comforter; they made for a very comfortable sleep. The location is a major advantage, being right in front of the mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The staff were generally nice and accommodating, though I found the waiter at the restaurant to be a bit shy. He seemed to lack communication skills, as he didn’t greet customers or smile, which detracted from the overall experience. I think he could benefit from some additional training in customer service. As for the food, while it was fine, I felt that the prices were a bit steep considering the typical quality and serving sizes. In summary, while it's not a luxury hotel, it provides a decent stay with comfortable accommodations and a good location. It just needs a few improvements in cleanliness, ambiance, and service training to enhance the guest experience. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving pens upon checkout :)

The comfortable furnishings, coupled with thoughtful amenities, provided a relaxing haven after a day of travel. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary buffet breakfast offered at Citystate Asturias Hotel. With a wide array of options to choose from, ranging from local delicacies to international favorites, the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations in both variety and taste. It was a delightful start to our day, setting the tone for a memorable stay in Puerto Princesa. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the mall and restaurants, which made our stay more enjoyable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, a big plus for anyone who needs to stay connected. However, there was no access to cold drinking water, only room temperature, and the two complimentary bottles provided were insufficient. While you can request more, the service can be slow at times, which is inconvenient when you need water quickly. A cold water dispenser or more readily available bottles would greatly improve the experience.

My hotel stay was good, I'm a local resident, the location is very convenient for tourist 1km away from the mall and 2km away from the airport. Service was also good, room was very clean..

White Breeze was a great stay, the staff were lovely and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile :) Breakfast was worth the extra few pounds and it also provides free filtered water. However the location was quite remote but they can call a tricycle for you which is roughly 150 pesos to get to the centre.

Nice and spacious room, very clean, comfy beds, good shower. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good location, 5 min from the airport and close to the mall. Good swimming pool to chill.

There was something wrong with the water heater. Even at the lowest setting, the water was still very, very hot. I told the management, but he couldn't do anything. There were spiders on the ceiling, spider webs on the curtains, ants on the table, and a piece of soap in the bathroom that was not cleaned up by the previous guest. There is a swimming pool and garden outside, and the environment is pretty good. You get what you pay for.
